Abstract
Amaç: Araştırma, Leuven Kemoterapi Hasta Bilgi Ölçeği (LKHBÖ)'nin geçerlik ve güvenirliğini değerlendirmek amacıylagerçekleştirildi.Gereç ve Yöntem: Metodolojik tipte olan araştırmanın evreniniKonya ilindeki iki hastanenin ayaktan kemoterapi ünitelerindekemoterapi uygulanan tüm hastalar, örneklemini ise Mart-Temmuz2014 tarihleri arasında kemoterapi tedavisi uygulanan 239 hastaoluşturdu. Araştırmanın verileri Hasta Bilgi Formu, L-KHBÖkullanılarak toplandı.Bulgular: L-KHBÖ’nin geçerlik-güvenirlik çalışması doğrultusundaCronbach Alpha’sı 0.86; maddelerin toplam puan korelasyonurs=0.25 ile 0.58 arasında; uyum indeksleri Ki-kare:151.83 (p≤0.001),Serbestlik Derecesi:100. RMSEA:0.047, SRMR:0.061, CFI:0.90,NNFI:0.88, GFI:0.93, AGFI: 0.90 olarak; test ve tekrar testkorelasyonu r:0.71, p≤ 0.001 olarak bulundu.Sonuç: L-KHBÖ’nin Türkçe formunun geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçekolduğu belirlendi.
Aim: The research was conducted in order to evaluate the validity_x000D_ and reliability of the Leuven Questionnaire on Patient Knowledge of_x000D_ Chemotherapy (L-PaKC)._x000D_ Material and Methods: The population of the study, which is a_x000D_ methodological type, consisted of all patients who received_x000D_ chemotherapy in outpatient chemotherapy units of two hospitals_x000D_ in Konya, and the sample consisted of 239 patients who received_x000D_ chemotherapy between March and July 2014. The data of the study_x000D_ were collected using Patient Information Form, L-PaKC and_x000D_ analyzed using the SPSS 20.0 package program._x000D_ Results: As a result of the validity-reliability study of L-PaKC,_x000D_ Cronbach Alpha was 0.86, the total score correlation of the items_x000D_ was between rs:0.25 and 0.58, fit index was Chi-Square:151.83_x000D_ (p≤0.001), Degrees of Freedom:100, RMSEA:0.047, SRMR:0.061,_x000D_ CFI:0.90, NNFI:0.88, GFI:0.93, AGFI:0.90, and test and re-test_x000D_ correlation was found as r:0.71, p≤0.001._x000D_ Conclusion: : It was determined that the Turkish version of L-PaKC_x000D_ is a valid and reliable scale.
