| dc.description.abstract | Epilepsi hastalığının altında yatan mekanizmaların açıklanması, yeni antiepileptiklerin test edilmesi, uygun diagnostik yaklaşımların ve tedavi modalitelerinin geliştirilmesi ya da epilepsinin yol açtığı sorunların giderilmesi amacıyla yeni yaklaşımların ortaya konmasında çeşitli deneysel modeller kullanılmaktadır. Tüm epilepsi tipleri için olmasa da, çok sayıda ve çeşitli deneysel epilepsi modeli bulunmaktadır. Bu yazıda günümüzde sık kullanılan belli başlı deneysel epilepsi modelleri hakkında bilgi verilmesi amaçlanmıştır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Several experimental models are used to reveal the mechanisms underlying epilepsy, to test new antiepileptic agents, to develop proper complications approaches and therapeutic modalities or to produce new methods to take care of the complications and problems related to epilepsy. There are several and different experimental models although they do not cover all the epilepsies. This article aims to give information about major experimental models used often today. | |
