Publication: Çocuklarda periferik intravenöz kateter takılması işlemi sırasında ebeveyn müdahalesinin hemşireler üzerindeki etkisi : nitel bir çalışma
Abstract
Amaç: Araştırma periferik intravenöz kateter (PIK) takılması işlemi sırasında ebeveynlerin müdahalelerinin hemşireler üzerindeki etkilerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Nitel fenomenolojik araştırma tasarımında olan çalışma, Mayıs 2021-Aralık 2021 tarihleri arasında İstanbul’da bir şehir hastanesinin çocuk hastalıkları kliniğinde çalışan 25 hemşire ile yapılmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak; Hemşireyi Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Ses Kayıt Cihazı, Yarı Yapılandırılmış Görüşme Formu kullanılmıştır.Niteliksel verileri değerlendirmek için içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Bulgular: Katılımcıların görüşmeleri çözümlenmiş ve 10 adet tema oluşturulmuştur: İntravenöz Kateter Takılması İşlemi Öncesi Hazırlığı, Çocuk ve Ebeveynin Hazırlığı, İşlem Öncesi Ebeveyn Müdahaleleri ve Hemşirelere Etkileri, İşlem Ortamı, İşlem Anı, İşleme Yönelik Ebeveyn Tutumları, Ebeveyn Tepkilerinin Sonuçları, İşlem Sırasında Hemşireler, İşlem Sonrası, Hemşirelerin Düşünceleri Sonuç: Ebeveyn müdahalelerinin hemşireleri olumsuz etkileyerek işlemin başarısız olmasına ve dolayısıyla çocuğun da olumsuz etkilenmesine neden olduğu saptanmıştır.
Objective: The study was conducted to determine the effects of parental interventions on nurses during the peripheral intravenous catheher (PIK) insertion procedure. Material and methods:Thisqualitative phenomenological research design study was conducted with 25 nurses working in the pediatrics clinic of city hospital in İstanbul between May 2021 and December 2021. As a data collection tool; Nurse Introductury Information Form, Voice Recorder, Semi-Structured Interview Form were used. Content analysis was performed to evaluate the qualitative data. Results:The interviews of the participants were analyzed and 10 themes were created : Preparation Before the Intravenous Catheher Insertıon Procedure, Preparation of the Child and the Parent, Pre-procedure Parent Intervenous and Its Effects on Nurses, Procedure Environment, The Processing Moment, Parental Attitudes Towards the Procedure, Parental Reactions Result, Nurses During the Procedure, After the Procedure, Nurses’ Thought Conclusion:It has been determined that parental interventions affect the nurses negatively, causing the process to fail and thus negatively affecting the child.
