Publication: Futbol antrenörlerinde tutkunluk, mükemmeliyetçilik ve esenlik arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi
Abstract
Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı, futbol antrenörlerinde tutkunluk, mükemmeliyetçilik ve esenlik arasındaki ilişkiyi araştırmaktır. Araştırmanın bir diğer amacı ise, bu kavramların; yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, antrenörlük yılı, antrenörlük lisans düzeyi ve çalışılan lig türüne göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını ortaya koymaktır.Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırmaya 2018-2019 futbol sezonunda İstanbul’da aktif olarak antrenörlüğü devam eden 320 futbol antrenörü (xyaş= 38,48±9,60) gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Veri toplama araçları olarak; “Kişisel Bilgi Formu”, “Tutkunluk Ölçeği”, “Çok Boyutlu Mükemmeliyetçilik Ölçeği” ve “Algılanan Esenlik Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuçlar: Yapılan analizler sonucunda futbol antrenörlerinin tutkunluk, mükemmeliyetçilik ve esenlik puanlarının; yaş, medeni durum, eğitim durumu, antrenörlük yılı, antrenörlük lisans düzeyi ve çalışılan lig türüne göre farklılaşmadığı bulunmuştur (p>0.05). Yapılan hiyerarşik regresyon analizi sonucunda, kendine yönelik mükemmeliyetçilik alt boyutunun esenliğin tüm alt boyutlarının yordacısı olduğu, diğerlerine yönelik mükemmeliyetçiliğin; manevi ve sosyal esenliğin yordayıcı olduğu, sosyal düzene yönelik mükemmeliyetçiliğin; duygusal, manevi, sosyal, ve psikolojik esenliğin yordayıcısı olduğu, uyumlu tutkunluğun; duygusal, manevi, sosyal, entelektüel ve fiziksel esenliğin yordayıcı olduğu, takıntılı tutkunluğun; esenliğin tüm alt boyutlarının yordayıcısı olduğu bulunmuştur (p<0.05)
Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship among passion, perfectionism and wellness in football coaches. Another purpose of the study is to determine whether these concepts differed according to age, marital status, educational status, coaching year, coaching degree level and the type of league studied.Material and Method: 320 football coaches (xage= 38,48±9,60) who were actively working in Istanbul participated in the study during the 2018-2019 football season. “Personal Information Form”, “The Passion Scale”, “The Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale” and “Perceived Wellness Survey” were used as data collection instruments. Findings and Results: The results of the analyses showed that the passion, perfectionism and wellness scores of football coaches were not differentiated according to age, marital status, educational status, coaching year, coaching license level and the type of league (p>0.05). As a result of the hierarchical regression analysis, the sub-dimension of self-oriented perfectionism is the predictor of all sub-dimensions of wellness, other-oriented perfectionism is the predictor of spiritual and social wellness, socially prescribed perfectionism is the predictor of emotional, spiritual, social, and physical wellness, harmonious passion is the predictor of emotional, spiritual, social, intellectual and physical wellness, obsessive passion is the predictor of all sub-dimensions of wellness (p<0.05).
