Tekstil - konfeksiyon eğitimi veren kurumlardan mezun olanların sanayii’deki iş yeterliliklerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

TEKSTİL-KONFEKSİYON EĞİTİMİ VEREN KURUMLARDAN MEZUN OLANLARIN SANAYİİ’DEKİ İŞ YETERLİLİKLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ Globalleşen dünya düzeninde kurumsallaşmanın gereklerinden olan insan kaynaklarının optimum şekilde değerlendirilmesi işletmeler açısından önemli bir girdiyi oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; kurumsallaşma aşamasındaki Tekstil-Konfeksiyon işletmelerinde insan kaynaklarına katkılar sağlamak, elde edilen somut bulgular doğrultusunda Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Eğitimi veren Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında yapılabilecek düzenlemeler konusunda kurumları yönlendirmektir. Tez çalışmasında Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Eğitimi veren Yükseköğretim Kurumlarından mezun olan ve ilgili sektörün her alanında, her konumda çalışanlara yönelik anket çalışmaları tasarlanıp; Marmara Üniversitesi anket sitesi aracılığı ile elektronik ortamda hedef kitleye ulaşılmıştır. Tez çalışmasının giriş bölümünde çalışmanın amaçları açıklanarak; Eğitim, Mesleki Eğitim ve Performans Değerlendirme arasındaki ilişkilere değinilmiştir. İkinci bölüm iki ayrı alt başlıktan oluşmuştur. Birinci alt başlıkta, Türk Yükseköğretiminde Mesleki ve Teknik Eğitim, Eğitim-Verimlilik-İstihdam, Üniversite-Sanayi İşbirliği, Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Eğitimi Veren Yükseköğretim Kurumları ile Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Sektörü incelenmiştir. İkinci alt başlıkta ise, Performans Yönetim Sistemi ve Performans Değerlendirme ile ilgili literatür bilgileri yer almaktadır. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, tez çalışmaları yer almaktadır. Burada araştırma yöntemi, yapılan çalışmalar ve araştırma modeline yer verilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, bulgular ve yorum, son bölümde de uygulama sonuçları ve Türkiye’de Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında verilen Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Eğitiminin Tekstil-Konfeksiyon Sanayiinin gereksinimleri doğrultusunda geliştirilmesi amacıyla önerilere yer verilmiştir

EVALUATING THE WORK COMPETENCY OF GRADUATES MAJORING IN THE AREA OF TEXTILE-APPAREL Making most of the human resources optimally is an important input from the management point of view as one of the necessities of institutionalization in the globalizing world order. The objective of this study is to make contributions to human resources of the institutionalizing businesses operating in the textile-apparel industry and orientate the institutions of textile-apparel education on possible improvements in line with the concrete findings of this research. In this study, questionnaires are prepared for those who graduated from the higher education institutions’ textile-apparel departments and work in each and every area and position of the related sector. The target audience is reached on the electronic environment through the questionnaire website of Marmara University. In the introduction part of this thesis, the objectives of the study are explained, dwelling upon the relationships among Education, Vocational Education and Performance Evaluation. The second part includes two separate subtitles. Under the first subtitle, Vocational and Technical Education in Turkish Higher Education, Education-Efficiency-Employment, University-Industry Cooperation, Higher Education Institutions teaching Textile-Apparel and Textile- Apparel Sector are studied. Under the second subtitle, the related literature of Performance Administration System and Performance Evaluation is included. In the third chapter, thesis study is included. This part consists of research method, the literature covered and research model. In the fourth chapter, the findings are interpreted and in the last chapter, recommendations are done under the guidance of implementation results with the aim of improving the textile-apparel education given in Turkish Higher Education Institutions to meet the demands of Textile-Apparel Industry.
