Abstract
COVID-19 pandemisi tıbbi, psikolojik ve sosyal-ekonomik yönleriyle küresel halk sağlığı sorununa neden olan bir kriz durumudur. Hızlı yayılması,tedavisinin olmaması ve ölümcül seyretmesi hastalığı uluslararası bir tehdit haline getirmiştir. Gebe kadınlarda genel popülasyona göre COVID-19enfeksiyonu için artmış bir duyarlılık bildirilmemiştir. Ancak, gebelik sırasında kadınlar genellikle gebelikle ilgili çeşitli komplikasyonlara vesolunum patojenlerine karşı daha hassastırlar ve bu durum olumsuz gebelik ve yenidoğan sonuçları gelişme riskini artırır. Gebelikte etkin yönetimperinatal sonuçların iyileştirilmesi ve olası olumsuz sonuçların bilinmesi ile sağlık personelinin daha önce ihtiyati önlemler almasına olanak sağlar.Bu çalışmada; gebelik, doğum ve doğum sonu dönemde COVID- 19 enfeksiyonun etkin kontrol ve yönetiminin mevcut literatür doğrultusundaincelenmesi ve sağlık profesyonellerine yol göstermesi amaçlanmıştır.
COVID-19 pandemic is a crisis situation that causes global public health problems with its medical, psychological and social-economic aspects. Its_x000D_ rapid spread lack of treatment, and fatal course have made the disease an international threat. It has not been reported that COVID-19 infection_x000D_ susceptibility has been increased in pregnant women according to general population. However, women during pregnancy are generally more_x000D_ susceptible to various pregnancy-related complications and respiratory pathogens, which increases the risk of developing adverse pregnancy and_x000D_ newborn outcomes. Effective management during pregnancy allows healthcare professionals to take precautionary measures earlier by knowing_x000D_ possible negative consequences and improving perinatal outcomes. In this study; it is aimed to examine the effective control and management of_x000D_ COVID-19 infection in pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period in line with the current literature and to guide health care professionals.
