Abstract

KAPİTALİST İLİŞKİLERİN ELEŞTİREL-EKOLOJİK ANALİZİ: PLASTİK Bu çalışmanın odağında, varolan toplumsal yapılara yön veren kapitalist ilişkiler içinde bir meta ve malzeme olarak plastiklerin yerinin tespit edilmesi bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın temel argümanı ise, kapitalist ilişkileri merkeze alan bir yaklaşımla, toplumsal yapının analizine ekolojik bir perspektif kazandırma zorunluluğunu vurgulamaktır. Bu anlamda, plastiklerin toplumsal yapıdaki yeri ile plastik endüstrisinin temel dinamikleri arasında karşılıklı bir ilişkisellik kurulması gerekmektedir. Bu ilişkiselliğin eleştirel-ekolojik bir anlayışla şekillendirilmesi, çalışmanın literatüre katkısını oluşturacaktır.A CRITICAL-ECOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF CAPITALIST RELATIONS: PLASTIC The focus of this study is; determining the status of ‘plastic’ as a commodity and material, in the capitalist relations which dominates social structures. The main argument of this study is; to emphasize the necessity to bring in the ecological perspective while analyzing social structures, with the approach which focuses on capitalist relations. In this sense, there should be a interaction between the status of plastics in social structures and the basic dynamics of the plastic industry. The embodiment of the critical-ecological conception with this interaction will constitutes this study's contribution to the social sciences literature.
