Dünyada yabancı sermayenin gelişimi ve yabancı sermaye hareketlerinin Türkiye üzerindeki etkileri

Abstract

“Dünyada Yabancı Sermayenin Gelişimi ve Yabancı Sermaye Hareketlerinin Türkiye Üzerindeki Etkileri” konulu bu çalışma da özellikle doğrudan yabancı sermaye yatırımları olmak üzere, yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının dünyada ve Türkiye’de tarihsel gelişimi incelenerek son yıllarda Türkiye ekonomisini ne yönde etkilediği açıklanmaya çalışılacaktır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde yabancı sermaye ile ilgili küreselleşme, yatırım, çok uluslu şirketler, ulusüstü şirketler kavramları, yabancı sermaye yatırımının çeşitleri, yabancı sermayeye gereksinimin nedenleri, yabancı sermayenin bir ülkeye gelişini etkileyen faktörler, yabancı sermayenin yatırım yapılan ülke üzerindeki etkileri ve yabancı sermayenin yatırımı yapan ve yatırımı çeken ülke açısından etkileri açıklanacaktır. İkinci bölümde dünyada yabancı sermaye hareketlerinin tarihsel süreç içerisinde gelişimi anlatılacak, az gelişmiş, gelişmekte olan ve gelişmiş ülkelerde yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının etkileri açıklanacaktır. Üçüncü bölümde ise ülkemizde yabancı sermaye hareketlerinin başladığı Osmanlı döneminden başlayarak, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluşundan itibaren 1923 ve 1950 yılları arası, 1950 ve 1980 yılları arası ve 1980 yılı sonrası olmak üzere üç dönem yabancı sermaye hareketlerinin geldiği nokta tarihsel süreç içerisinde anlatılacaktır. Son dönemler başta olmak üzere sektörlere göre yabancı sermaye yatırımlarının etkilerine de yine üçüncü bölümde yer verilecektir.In this thesis, which is about “The Progress of Foreign Capital and the Effects of Foreign Capital on Turkiye”, the effects of foreign capital on Turkish economy is explained based on its progress in Turkish economy throughout the history; especially direct foreign capital investments. The first part of the thesis explains globalism, investment, multi-national companies, the notion of global companies, the types of foreign investments, the reasons of the need for the foreign capital, the factors that effect incoming foreign capital investment, the effects of the foreign capital investment in a country and the effects of the foreign capital investment on the country that is invested on and the country that invests. In the second part, the progress of the foreign capital investment in the world throughout the history and the effects of the foreign capital investment on non-developed, developing and developed countries is explained. In the third part, the consequences of foreign capital investments are explained in three eras which start from the establishment of the Republic of Turkiye, between 1923 and 1950, between 1950 and 1980 and from 1980 to present. Especially focusing on the last years, the third part also explains the effects of the foreign capital investments based on the business sectors.
