Mühendislik bilimlerinde yerleşim amaçlı jeolojik etüt çalışmalarının iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği açısından incelenmesi ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yerleşim amaçlı jeolojik etüt çalışmalarının arazi, laboratuvar ve büro çalışmalarından elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiş ve İSG açısından detaylı bir şekilde incelenip gerekli değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında, yerleşim amaçlı jeolojik etüt çalışmaları, deprem ve depremsellik ve kentleşme süreçlerinde uygun yerleşim seçimi gibi konuların birbiriyle olan ilişkisinden kısaca bahsedilmiştir. Yerleşim amaçlı jeolojik etüt çalışmalarının uygulanması aşamalarında meydana gelebilecek her türlü tehlikelerin ve risklerin neler olduğunu, bu tehlike ve risklerden nasıl korunabileceğimizi, bu tehlike ve risklerin doğru zamanda ve doğru bir şekilde nasıl önlenebileceğini açıklayan inceleme ve değerlendirme sonuçları ile yaşanabilecek iş kazalarının ve meslek hastalıklarının önlenebilmesi için neler yapılabileceği hakkında gerekli bilgilendirmeler yapılmıştır. Jeolojik etüt çalışmalarında yaşanan veya yaşanabilecek iş kazalarının ve sağlık sorunlarının önlenmesi ile ergonomik açıdan hatalı duruş pozisyonlarının düzeltilmesi amacıyla yeni bir “Karot Sandığı Taşıma Aracı” tasarlanmış ve bu araç ile ilgili gerekli teknik bilgiler çalışma içerisinde paylaşılmıştır. Jeolojik etüt çalışmalarında İSG ile ilgili jeoloji mühendislerinden elde edilen verilerin kullanıldığı bir anket çalışması hazırlanmış ve anket sonuçları literatür destekli olarak sunulmuştur. Ayrıca, çalışma konusuyla ilgili İSG açısından önem arz eden konu başlıklarını içeren detaylı bir risk değerlendirmesi çalışması hazırlanmış ve ilgili bölümde paylaşılmıştır.

In this study, the data obtained from field, laboratory and office studies of geological surveys for settlement purposes are analyzed and examined in detail in terms of OHS and necessary evaluations are made. Within the scope of the study, the relationship between geological surveys for settlement purposes, earthquakes and seismicity, and appropriate settlement selection in urbanization processes are briefly mentioned. Necessary information has been provided on what all kinds of hazards and risks that may occur during the implementation of geological surveys for settlement purposes, how we can be protected from these hazards and risks, how these hazards and risks can be prevented at the right time and in the right way, and what can be done to prevent work accidents and occupational diseases that may occur. In order to prevent occupational accidents and health problems that occur or may occur during geological surveys and to correct ergonomically incorrect posture positions, a new “Core Crate Transportation Vehicle” was designed and the necessary technical information about this vehicle was shared in the study. A questionnaire study was prepared using the data obtained from geological engineers on OHS in geological surveys and the results of the questionnaire were presented with the support of the literature. In addition, a detailed risk assessment study including the topics that are important in terms of OHS related to the subject of the study has been prepared and shared in the relevant section.
