Türbe Ziyaretlerinin Sosyo-Kültürel Ve Dini Nedenleri: Kastamonu Örneği

Abstract

Kastamonu, “evliyalar şehri” unvanıyla meşhur olmuş bir ildir. Bu durum; şehrin inanç turizmi açısından zengin bir mirasa sahip olmasına ve bu sebeple gerek yurt içinden gerek yurt dışından pek çok ziyaretçinin şehri ziyaret etmesine sebep olmaktadır. Bu makalede, türbe ziyaretlerinin sosyo-kültürel ve dini nedenleri Kastamonu’daki türbeler ekseninde ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Araştırmada dolaylı gözlem metodu olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. 1153 kişiyle yapılan anket çalışması neticesinde elde edilen bulgular, başka çalışmalarla karşılaştırılmak suretiyle değerlendirilmiştir. Kastamonu hakkında kısa bir malumat verildikten sonra şehre hâkim devletler bağlamında türbeler tasnif edilmiştir. Akabinde evliyaların sınıflanma şekilleri hakkında bilgi verilerek Kastamonu üzerinde etkiye sahip olan Hz. Pir Şeyh Şaban-ı Veli ve Mehmet Feyzi Efendi hakkında bilgi verilerek özellikle bu türbeler ekseninde gerçekleştirilen ziyaretlerin sebepleri ve toplumsal fonksiyonları üzerinde durulmuştur. Kastamonu is a city that has become famous with the title of “the city of saints”. This leads this city to have a rich heritage in terms of faith tourism and to be visited by many visitors both from Turkey and abroad. In this article, the sociocultural and religious reasons of tomb tourism of the city are discussed and reviewed with respect to the tombs in Kastamonu. In the research, questionnaire technique is used as the observation method. The findings obtained as a result of questionnaire study which is performed with 1153 people are assessed by means of being compared with other studies. After giving a brief information about Kastamonu, the toms are classified within the context of states ruling the city. After that, by giving information concerning the forms of classification of the saints and Hz. Pir Şeyh Şaban-i Veli and Mehmet Feyzi Efendi who have an impact on Kastamonu, the reasons and social functions of the visits particularly made with respect to these tombs are emphasized.
