LOJİSTİK SEKTÖRÜNDE ENDÜSTRİ 4.0 UYGULAMALARININ_x000D_ OPERASYONEL VERİMLİLİĞE ETKİSİ_x000D_

Abstract

Endüstri 4.0 tüm dünyada hemen her sektör için yıkıcı etkisi olan bir kavramdır. Akıllı üretimsistemlerinin değer zincirinin her aşamasında yıkıcı etki yapmasının öngörüldüğü Endüstri 4.0 vizyonunda lojistiken fazla etkilenecek sektörlerden biri olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Alan yazında Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının lojistiksektörüne etkisi incelenmekle birlikte operasyonel verimlilik üzerine etkisi üzerine yeterince çalışmabulunmamaktadır. Bu araştırmada Endüstri 4.0 uygulamalarının lojistik sektöründe operasyonel verimliliğe etkisiincelenmektir. Araştırmada operasyonel verimlilik; taşıma yönetimi, depo ve envanter yönetimi, sipariş yönetimi,müşteri hizmetleri ve maliyet verimliliği yönlerinden ele alınarak ayrıntılı bir biçimde açıklanmıştır. VerilerEndüstri 4.0’ı etkin olarak kullanan lojistik firmalarının bu konuda yetkin üst ve orta düzey yöneticileri ilederinlemesine mülakat, gözlem ve doküman incelemeleri yapılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin güvenilirliğinisağlamak için Kappa Analizi kullanılmıştır. Veri çözümlemesi yaparken, açık, eksenel ve seçici kodlamalaryapılarak gömülü teori oluşturulmuştur.

Industry 4.0 is a disruptive concept for almost every industry in the world. In Industry 4.0 vision, smart_x000D_ manufacturing systems are expected to have a disruptive effect at every stage of the value chain. Logistics sector_x000D_ is one of the few sectors which will be most affected. Although the impact of Industry 4.0 applications on the_x000D_ logistics sector is examined in the existing literature, not enough work exists on the impact of Industry 4.0 on_x000D_ operational efficiency in logistics. In this research, the effect of Industry 4.0 applications on operational efficiency_x000D_ is examined. Operational efficiency is discussed with regard to transportation management, warehouse and_x000D_ inventory management, order management, customer service and cost efficiency perspectives. The research is_x000D_ conducted by undertaking in-depth inverviews, with the top and middle level executives of some of the most_x000D_ competent companies of the sector. In order to ensure data reliability Kappa Analysis were used. While performing_x000D_ data analysis, embedded, axial and selective codes were created and an embedded theory was developed.
