Abstract

Araştırmada tasarlama kipleri içinde yer alan ve dil bilgisi kitaplarında dilek-şart kipi olarak anılan -sA eki incelemeye alınmış, ekin ‘dilek’ ve ‘şart’ işlevlerini hangi tür cümlelerde ve ke- limelerde taşıdığı ve ‘dilek’ ile ‘şart’ işlevlerinin dışında sahip olduğu işlevler incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda ekin ‘dilek, şart, buyruk, ihtimal ve karşılaştırma ile zıtlık’ işlevlerinin olduğu, ‘dilek’ ve ‘şart’ işlevlerinin ada ve fiile, basit ve birleşik cümleye, basit ve birleşik çekimli fiillere eklenmesine göre farklılık gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir.
