Taç eterli bir salisilaldimin şif bazının Zn (II) ve Cd (II) ile kompleks oluşum dengelerinin potansiyometrik yöntemle incelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 4', 5' - Bis (salisilaldimin) benzo 15-taç-5 (H2L) kompleksinin protonasyon sabitleri ile Zn(II) ve Cd(II) kompleksinin oluşum sabitlerinin, 25 0C sıcaklıkta (I = 0,1 M (KCl)) Calvin - Bjerrum pH - titrasyon tekniğiyle ölçülmüştür. Ligandın titrasyonu, ortamda H4L2+, H3L+, H2L, HL- , L2-, L(OH)3- ve L(OH)24- türlerinin varlığını ortaya koymuştur. Zn - H2L sisteminde, ZnL, bir, iki ve üç protonlu ZnL türleri, ZnL22- ve ZnL2(OH)24- türlerini içeren dengelerin varlığı tesbit edilmiştir. Cd-H2L sisteminde yer alan türler ise CdLH33+, CdLH22+, CdLOH- ve Cd L2(OH)24- türleridir. POTENTİOMETRİK INVESTIGATION OF COMPLEX FORMATION EQUILIBRIA OF A SALICYLIDENEIMINO SCHIFF BASE WITH Zn(II) and Cd(II). In this study, the protonation constants of 4',5' Bis(salicylideneimino) benzo-15-crown-5 (H2L) and the formation constans of its complexes with Zn(II) and Cd(II) have been measured at 25 0C and I=0,1 M (KCI) by the Calvin-Bjerrum pH-titration technique. The titration of the ligandn indicated the presence of H4L2+, H3L+,H2L,HL-,L2-, L(OH)3- and L(OH)24-. In the case of the Zn-H2L system, the equilibria involving ZnL, mono-, di- and tri-protonated ZnL, ZnL22- and ZnL2(OH)24- species were detected. The species involved in the Cd-H2L system were CdLH3, CdLH22+, CdLOH-, and CdL2(OH)24- The titration data werw used to calculate the protonation constansts and formation constants by interpolation at half-n values according to Irving and Rossotti.
