dc.description.abstractBu tez çalışması, Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi Bölümlerinde önemli bir süreç olan stajların incelenmesini konu edinmiştir. Bölümlerde stajla ilgili öğretim elemanları ve personellerin görüş, düşünce ve önerileri ortaya konularak, sorunlara ilişkin öneriler sunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThis thesis focuses on the examination of internships which are an important process in the Information and Records Management Departments. In the departments, the opinions, thoughts and suggestions of the teaching staff and staff related to the internship have been put forward and suggestions for the problems have been presented.
