Abstract

Merkez Bankaları, Kuzey Makedonya Merkez Bankası, Para Politikaları, Kuzey Makedonya Bankacılık Sektörü, Kredi Politikaları.In this thesis, the most important points which have been focused on are about the history of central banking, the structure and the monetary policies of global banking. Central banking has been investigated in details starting from the emergence of global central banks to the first money printing time, the monetary policies have been implemented by the central banks which were investigated. After the investigation of the structures and monetary policies of the Central Banks, the Central Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia was informd the regarding the studied.The second instruction which has been given in this thesis is about the economic structure of the country in order to understand the Central Bank of North Macedonia more clearly, and the significant changes that the Central Bank of the Republic of North Macedonia has undergone since its independence was declared. The steps were taken by the Central Bank of North Macedonia within the scope of the European Union harmonization process, the structure of the board of directors and the monetary policy instruments used in determining monetary policies were explained.In the third stage of the thesis, the information which are given about the structure of the banking sector in the country, bank’s operating in the country and bank’s lending policies were explained basied not only the sectors in which loans were distributed but also credit policies of leading banks of North Macedonia to the natural entities also the legal entities have been investigated.
