İbn Mâce’nin Sünen’inde mevzû olduğu ileri sürülen rġiayetler ve değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Mevzû rivayetlerin tanınması ve tespiti, hadis sahasında çalışanların en çok emek sarfettikleri alanlardan biridir. Bu tarz rivayetlerin güvenilir kabul edilen bazı kaynaklarda bile yer aldığı iddiaları bu konudaki çalışmaların önemini artırmaktadır. Bu anlamda Kütüb’i-Sitte’nin altıncı kitabı olarak kabul gören İbn Mâce’nin (v. 273/ 886) es-Sünen’inde yer aldığı halde uydurma olduğu ileri sürülen rivayetlerin araştırılması ve bu rivayetlerin değerlendirilmesi önem arz etmektedir. es-Sünen’de mevzû olduğu iddia edilen birçok hadis üzerinde İbn Mâce’nin (v. 273/ 886) kendisi de dâhil olmak üzere bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmış fakat bazen gevşek, bazen de müteşeddid tavırlar sebebiyle sabit bir neticeye gelinememiştir. tte, İbn Mâce, es-Sünen, Mevzû.

Explaining and understanding a lot of says which concerned to the prophet and supposed as a says of the prophet always was one of the most important agenda of scientifical works throught the history. Taking part of such says in the reliable religious source emphizes importance of such works. So understanding and explaining this type of says in the `Sunen` by Ibn Mace (d. 273/ 886) which accepted sixth reliable book of `Kutubi-Sitta` (The Six Books), has a great importance for distinguishing true says from the false says. There is many investigations about the false says in the `Sunen` even by Ibn Mace himself. But there was any useful results because of useless criticism and sometimes hard attitudes.
