Abstract

KOOPERATİFÇİLİK EĞİTİMİNİN ÜLKEMİZDEKİ DURUMU VE KOOPERATİF TARZI YAPILANMAMIN ÖZEL ÖĞRETİM KURUMLARINDA UYGULANMASI, BURSA ÇAĞDAŞ EĞİTİM KOOPERATİFİ ÖRNEĞİ Başarılı kooperatifçiliğin yolu, kooperatif ortakları ve çalışanlarının kooperatifçilik konusunda eğitiminden ve gençliğin bilinçlendirilmesinden geçmektedir. Kooperatifçilik hakkındaki ön yargıların ve olumsuz imajın ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için kamuoyunun kooperatifçilik ilkeleri ve felsefesi hakkında doğru bilgilendirilmesi gerekir. Avrupa da ve dünyada okulların özelleşmesi giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Avrupa da özelleşme yolu ile okullaşma oranı %20-30’lar seviyesindedir. Maalesef bu oran ülkemizde % 2 seviyesindedir. İşte burada ülkemizde eğitim kooperatifçiliğimizin geliştirilerek özel okul, yurt, üniversite vb. kurumları faaliyete geçirebilmek için bazı kolaylıkların ve teşviklerin ilgililere sağlanması gerekmektedir. Kooperatifleşme suretiyle kurulacak olan öğretim kurumlarının şartlarının, diğer öğretim kurumlarından avantajlı olması durumunda eğitim kooperatifleri ülkemizin her yöresinde ve bölgesinde açılabilecek ve böylelikle de fırsat ve imkan eşitliğinin sağlanmasına katkı sağlanabilecektir.

STYLE AND COOPERATIVE EDUCATION STATUS OF COOPERATİVES İN OUR COUNTRY TO THE PRİVATE EDUCATİON INSTİTUTİONS İN THE İMPLEMENTATİON, OF THE SAMPLE BURSA MODERN EDUCATION COOPERATIVE. The way to the successful Cooperative System is to train the partners of the Cooperative and the employees on Cooperative System and is to raise the awareness of the youth on Cooperative System. In order to eliminate the prejudices and the negative attitudes about the Cooperative System, public must be informed truly about the Cooperative principles and the philosophy. It is widespread that, both in Europe and in the world, the schools are privatized. The proportion between the privatization and the schooling in Europe is about 20- 30 %. Unfortunately, this proportion in our country is about 2 %. In order to improve the educational Cooperative in our country, and to activate institutions like private school, dormitory and university, etc., some incentives and facilities must be given to the people who deal with these institutions. When/ if the conditions of these institutions founded by way of Cooperative are better than the other educational institutions, educational Cooperatives will be able to be founded in each part and region of our country, and, thus, it will contribute to providing the facility equality .
