Abstract
BUHARİ’NİN SAHİH’İ ÇERÇEVESİNDE HZ. PEYGAMBER’İN TERCİHLERİ İLE İLGİLİ RİVAYETLER VE DEĞERLENDİRME İnsana hayatı boyunca her yönüyle tabi olması gerekli, örnek ve rehber bir peygamber gönderilmiştir. Bu demektir ki, insan hayat istikâmetini belirleyen tercihlerinde Hz. Peygamber’e tâbidir. Vahiy kontrolünde bir Peygamber olan Resûlullah (s.a.) tercihlerinde genellikle isabet etmiş ve tasvip görmüş olmakla birlikte özellikle dini tebliğ alanına girmeyen hususlarda zaman zaman yanıldığı, “evlâ olanı terk” ettiği de olmuştur. Böylesi durumlarda ise vahiy tarafından uyarılmış, tashih edilmiştir. Zira yüce Allah özellikle dinî tebliğ alanına giren bir konuda hiçbir zaman peygamberini hatası üzerine bırakmamıştır. Hz. Peygamber’in tercihlerine bakıldığında, hakkında nass bulunmayan konularda kimi zaman iki doğrudan maslahata en uygun olanı, kimi zamanda iki kötüden daha az zarar getireni öncelediği görülmektedir. Onun tercihlerinde kolaylaştırıcılık, örneklik, vefâlılık, ihtiyatlılık, tabiîlik, tedricilik, insanîlik, mücadelecilik gibi temel ilkelerin etkili olduğunu söylemek mümkündür.
IN THE CONTEXT OF BUHÂRÎ’S SAHÎH THE REPORTS OF PROPHET RELATED HİS PREFERENCES AND EVALUATİON People need to subordinate oneself throughout their lives. So they need a prophet to determine their lives way choice. Therefore, Prophet Mohammed had been send for human being as an exemplary and a guide. Prophet Mohammad who was checked by inspiration, usually adjudicated accurately and was approved on his choices, however he sometimes slipped up on the outside of the religious declaration matters and abdicated “the best choice”. In suchlike cases, he was admonished and emendated by inspiration. Forasmuch as the God had never hold his mistakes which was in religious declaration matters. When we look at Prophet Mohammad’s choices, we see that at the matters which has no related verse, he sometimes prefer from two rights the most usefull one for people and sometimes from two bads the less harmfull one. It is possible to say that the basic principles such as easiness, modelty, faithfulness, circumspection, naturalness, graduality, humanity, contendent were effective in his preferences
