ERTELENMİŞ VERGİ VE MUHASEBELEŞTİRİLMESİ

Abstract

Uluslararası Finansal Raporlama Standartları, küçük ve orta ölçekli işletmeler (KOBİ) için de ertelenmiş vergi uygulamasını ön görmüştür. Uluslararası işlem yapan ve standartlara uygun olarak rapor hazırlamak zorunda olan büyük işletmeler açısından ertelenmiş vergi konusu ve muhasebeleştirilmesi anlaşılmıştır. Ancak KOBİ'lerde durum aynı değildir. Yeni Türk Ticaret Kanun'unun yasalaşması halinde, kabul edilecek Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları (TMS) çerçevesinde, yakın gelecekte ertelenmiş vergi uygulaması gündeme gelecektir. Konu bu nedenle yeniden ele alınmış ve detaylı olarak incelenmiştir.

International Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS) predicted deferred tax process also for the small and medium enterprises (SMEs). From the view of big enterprises which have international business and have to report according to the standards, the subject “defered taxes and their accounting” has already been understood. However, it is not the same for SMEs . Within Turkish Accounting Standards, which will be accepted in case of it passing into the law of the New Turkish Commercial Code, deferred taxing process will come into question. Owing to this the issue was rehandled and evaluated in detail.
