Yükseköğretimde bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin tasarımı ve öğrenci bilgi sistemleri üzerine bir araştırma

netimi, Yüksek Öğrenimde Bilgi Yönetimi ÖZ YÜKSEKÖĞRETİMDE BİLGİ YÖNETİM SİSTEMLERİNİN TASARIMI VE ÖĞRENCİ BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİ ÜZERİNE BİR ARAŞTIRMA Yükseköğretimde bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin tasarımı ve öğrenci bilgi sistemlerinin özelliklerini ortaya çıkarmayı amaçlayan bu çalışma bilgi yönetim sistemlerini ve yükseköğretimde kullanılan öğrenci bilgi sistemleri kavramlarını birlikte ele almaktadır. Çalışma içerisinde ilk olarak bilgi ve bilgi yönetim sistemlerine ait kavramlar ve bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin değişik alanlarda uygulanma şekilleri detaylı bir şekilde açıklanmıştır. Daha sonra, yükseköğretimde bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin kullanımı ve süreçlerle ilgili mevzuat irdelenmiştir. Araştırma ve uygulama bölümünde yükseköğretimde bilgi yönetim sistemlerinin tasarımı ve öğrenci bilgi sistemlerinin özelliklerini incelemek adına Marmara Üniversitesi’nde yapılan bir uygulama ve bu uygulama dâhilinde gerçekleştirilen bir ankete dayalı bulgular ve sonuçlar sunulmuştur. DESIGN OF KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION AND A RESEARCH ON STUDENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS This study aims to reveal the features of knowledge management systems in higher education and important characteristics in design of student information systems. Hence; concepts of knowledge, knowledge management and applications of student information systems are discussed firstly. Afterwards, usage of information systems in higher education and related laws and legislations are considered. In the name of understanding the design and an application process of student information systems, an application which was performed at the Marmara University is explained in the research section of the dissertation. Lastly, a questionnaire distributed during the application was discussed, and its results and the conclusion is given.
