Teknolojik gelişme, istihdam, bölüşüm ilişkileri Türkiye demir çelik sektörü örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, teknolojik gelişmelerin istihdam ve bölüşüm ile ilişkisi ele alınarak, teknolojinin nedenleri kapitalist üretim ilişkileri içinde değerlendirilmiş ve teknolojik gelişmeler neticesinde istihdam ve bölüşümün bundan nasıl etkilendiği araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde teknolojik gelişmelerin üretim faktörleri içine alınmasının nedenleri üzerinde durulmuş, teknoloji olgusunun iktisadi düşünce tarihi içindeki yerine değinilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise teknolojik gelişmelerin istihdam ve bölüşüm üzerine yarattığı etkiler neden sonuç ilişkisi içinde ele alınmış ve bu konuda günümüzde yapılan çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Teknolojik gelişmelerin istihdam üzerindeki nicel ve nitel etkileri, değişen üretim sistemleri, küreselleşme, bölüşüm, enformasyon teknolojileri, yeni istihdam türleri, sendikal faaliyetler gibi konular ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümünde ise teknolojik gelişmelerin uygulamadaki sonuçlarına örnek olarak Türkiye Demir Çelik Sektörü örneği ele alınmış ve sektördeki teknolojik gelişmeler sonuçları ile birlikte değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, the effects of technology are determined with respect to capitalist production by researching and considering the effect of technological improvements to the employment and income distribution. In the first part of the study, it is examined the reasons why the technological improvements involved in production factors. Moreover, it is also taken into consider the fact of the technology in the economic history. In the second part of the study, the technological improvements are discussed by considering its effects to the employment and income distribution with respect to studies of today. During this part, the qualitative and quantitative affects of technological improvements to the employment, the changing production capabilities, globalization, income distribution, the information technologies, new employment styles and the activities of unions are examined. In the third part of the study, as an example of practical results of technological improvements, the sector of Iron and Steel Industry of Turkey is chosen and the technological improvements in the sector are evaluated by results.
