Abstract
Bu çalışmada, 5237 sayılı TCKnun 98 inci maddesinde yer alan yardım veya bildirim yükümlülüğünün yerine getirilmemesi suçu incelenmiştir. Maddede kişilere yardım ve bildirimde bulunma yükümlülüğü öngörülmüştür.
In this study, the crime of failure in the duty of assistance or notification which takes place in the Article 98 of Turkish Penal Code, was examined. In this article, there are two duties for people which are assistance and notification.
