Türkiye’de Arapça öğretimindeki usul ve tekniklerin analizi

Abstract

Türkiye’de Arapça eskiden beri ilgi ve merak odağı olmuştur. Bilhassa son yıllarda birçok kurum, kuruluş ve vakıf Arapça öğretme gayretine rağmen istenilen seviye ve sonuca ulaşamadığı da bir vakıadır. Bunun sebebinin incelenmesi gerekir. Sebep öğretenlerde mi? Öğrenenlerde mi? Müfredatta mı? Yoksa hepsinde birden mi? Bunların tespitinin yapılması gerekmektedir. Lise tahsilimi yurtdışında tamamlayıp döndükten sonra, yakın çevremin konuştuğum Arapçaya ilgi ve alaka duyması ve kendilerine Arapça öğretmemi istemeleri üzerine Arapça eğitimi ve öğretimine olan ilgim arttı. Eğitimci bir babanın kızı olmam ve zaman içerisinde Arapça öğretmenliğine merak sarmam, beni bu işe eğilme ve kafa yormaya sevk etti. Bu çalışmada, ülkemizdeki Arapça öğretiminin usul ve teknikleri incelenerek, bu dili yabancı olarak öğrenecek Türkler için başarılı olabilecek yöntemi ön plana çıkarılmaya çalışılmıştır.

Arabic has been the focus of interest since time immemorial in Turkey. Especially in recent years, the fact that many institutions, organizations, foundations and individuals, despite efforts to teach Arabic, cannot reach the desired level and result. Investigation of this reason is required. Is the reason teachers? Is the reason learners? Is the reason curriculum or all of them? These reasons must be identified. After completing my high school education abroad and returned to Turkey, surroundings interest and relevance to my talking Arabic and demands from me to teach them Arabic, enhance my interest and bond to the Arabic education. Both being a daughter of educator father' and over time my interest about Arabic teacher, have prompted me to ponder and study for this subject. In this study, the principles and techniques of teaching Arabic in Turkey are examined and successful method for learners of Arabic as a foreign language is investigated. At the same time other methods are evaluated by examining their positive and negative sides.
