Liselere geçiş sistemi kapsamında 2018-2021 yıllarında uygulanan matematik testi sorularının pısa matematik okuryazarlığı yeterlik düzeyleri açısından incelenmesi

Abstract

Bireylerin sahip olması beklenen bilgi, beceri ve davranışlar öğretim programları ile kazandırılmakta ve yaşanan gelişmelerle birlikte öğretim programları güncellenmektedir. Ülkemizde uygulanan güncel matematik öğretim programının amaçları ve PISA matematik okuryazarlığı yeterliklerinin benzer olması ile liselere geçiş sistemi kapsamında 2018-2021 yıllarında uygulanan matematik testi soruları PISA matematik okuryazarlığı yeterlik düzeyleri esas alınarak incelenmiştir. Nitel araştırma ile yürütülen bu çalışmada doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. MEB’ in yayınladığı 2018, 2019, 2020 ve 2021 LGS’ ye ait A kitapçıklarındaki 80 matematik sorusu incelenmiştir. Araştırmacı ve iki alan uzmanı soruların düzeylerinin belirlenmesi için ayrı ayrı çalışmış daha sonra farklı bulunan sonuçlara ilişkin görüş alışverişinde bulunarak ortak bir karara varmıştır. Bulgular kısmında frekans ve yüzde tabloları düzeylerine ayrılan sorulara göre oluşturulmuştur. Ayrıca sütun ve daire grafiklerinden de yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonunda 2018, 2019, 2020 ve 2021 yıllarında LGS matematik testinde en çok 3. düzey soruların yer aldığı gözlenmiştir. 2018, 2019 ve 2020 yıllarında LGS matematik testinde 3.düzeyden sonra en çok 2.düzey sorular bulunurken 2021 yılına ait LGS matematik testinde 3. düzeyden sonra en çok 4. düzey soruya yer verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak 2018, 2019, 2020 ve 2021 yıllarına ait LGS matematik testinin giderek daha ileri düzey sorular ile hazırlandığı söylenebilir.

It is aimed to gain the knowledge, skills and behaviors that individuals are expected to have with the aid of curriculum, and the curriculum is updated with the developments. In view of the fact that it was observed that the aims of the mathematics course curriculum, which was last updated in 2018, and the PISA mathematical literacy proficiency levels were similar; mathematics questions of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021 in secondary school entrance test (LGS) were examined on the basis of PISA mathematical literacy proficiency levels within the scope of the secondary school entrance in this study. Document analysis technique, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the study. 80 mathematics questions in the booklets A of 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021, published by the Ministry of National Education, were examined according to the PISA mathematical literacy proficiency levels determined by PISA. The researcher and two experts in the field worked separately to determine the levels of the questions, and they exchanged views on the results that were found to be different and reached a common decision afterwards. Frequency and percentage tables were created according to the levels of the questions. Column and pie charts were utilized as well. It is noteworthy at the end of the research that the third level questions were mostly included in all years. While third level questions were followed by second level questions in 2018, 2019 and 2020, fourth level questions were included the most after third level in 2021. In the light of these research, it can be said that advanced questions are gradually included over the years in LGS.
