Hedef ve yetkinliğe dayalı performans yönetim sistemi ve içki sektöründe vaka çalışması

Abstract

Bu çalısmada; performans değerlendirme, hedef ve yetkinlik kavramlarından yola çıkılarak, performans değerlendirme sisteminin hedef ve yetkinliklerle nasıl iliskilendirileceği ve ne sekilde uygulanacağı anlatılmaya çalısılmıstır. Bu kapsamda, üçüncü bölümde hedef ve yetkinlik bazlı performans değerlendirme sistemi uygulanan ve alkollü içeçecek sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir sirketin örnek çalısması anlatılmıstır. Çalısmada, aynı zamanda uygulamada karsılasılan problemler ortaya konulmus, elde edilen sonuçlara ve önerilere de yer verilmistir.This study was explained the system of performance evaluations reletions with targets and perfections using performance evaluation target and perfection concepts. At comprehension, ın 3 part of thesis has explained the sample study of the system of performance evaluations supporting targets and prefection in beverage sector of alcohol which practice it. At the same time, in this study was deduced emergent problems at practice and has included this study’s results and suggestions.
