Abstract
TSK İletişim Stratejisi,Halkla İlişkiler ÖZET TSK’ NIN İLETİŞİM STRATEJİSİ İÇERİSİNDE HALKLA İLİŞKİLERİN ROLÜ NE OLMALIDIR? Dünya tarihinde ilk kez 1789 Fransız İhtilali ile başlayan halkın yönetimde söz sahibi olma ve bilgi edinme mücadelesi dünya savaşları ve soğuk savaş döneminde kesintiye uğramasına rağmen 1980’ lerden itibaren hız kazanmıştır. Bu süreçte devlet içerisinde yer alan seçilmiş yöneticiler tekrar seçilmek için halkın isteklerine kulak vermek zorunda kalmışlar ve halkla ilişkilerin önemi artmıştır. Dünya silahlı kuvvetleri ile birlikte Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri de benzer bir süreci yaşamış olup günümüzde sürdürdüğü yoğun iletişim politikası altında halkla ilişkiler unsurları bu tez içerisinde ilk kez ele alınmıştır. İncelenen farklı halkla ilişkiler modelleri içerisinde Türk Silahlı Kuvvetleri iletişim stratejisine en uygun olanlar seçilerek “Türk Silahlı Kuvvetlerinin İletişim Stratejisi içerisinde halkla ilişkilerin rolü ne olmalıdır?” sorusuna cevap aranmıştır. WHAT SHOULD BE THE ROLE OF PUBLIC RELATINS IN TURKISH MILITARY FORCES’ COMMUNICATION STRATEGY? It was the first time during the French Revolution, ordinary people demanded information and the rights to rule the country in the world’ s huge history, afterward it accelerated in 1980’s, despite the interreption during the eras of two world wars and the cold war. In this process it was the main problem for the elected presidents to find the appropriate solution between people demands and government policy to be elected again, and the time of public relations started. In this master thesis it had been analysed the intense communitiation strategy, structure and public relation methods the Turkish Military Forces, which had the same historical public relation process like the others in the world. And it had been tried to answer the important question that” What should be the role of public relations in Turkish Military Forces’ Communication Strategy”, while analyzing the different models of public relation.
