Publication: Derin öğrenme ile biyosinyal sınıflandırma ve hastalık tahmini
Abstract
Günümüzde yapay zekâ her alanda gelişmektedir. Bu alanlardan birisi de sağlık alanıdır. Teknolojik gelişmeler ile birlikte yapay zekâ, sağlık alanında da kendine önemli bir yer edinmeye başlamıştır. Bu sayede hastalıkların erken evrede tespit edilmesi ve tanı konulması hususunda yapay zekâ uzman hekimlerin ve hastaların işlerini kolaylaştırmaktadır.Kalp hastalıklarının erken tanısına yardımcı olabilmesi için bu çalışmada yapay zekâ kullanılmıştır. Yapay zekâ birçok katmandan meydana gelen yapay sinir ağlarından oluşur. Bu yapay sinir ağları aldığı girdileri çıkışlara dönüştürerek, girdilerin sınıflarını tahmin etmektedir. Bu çalışmada konvolüsyonel sinir ağları kullanılmıştır. Bu yapay sinir ağları görüntü içerisindeki nesneleri sınıflandırmada kullanılır.Konvolüsyonel yapay sinir ağları, ilk önce sağlıklı ve hasta kalp sesleri ile eğitilmiş ve bu eğitimin sonucu test edilmiştir. Yapılan testler sonucunda eğitilen yapay zekânın sağlıklı ve hasta kalp seslerini ayırt ettiği görülmüştür.

In this way, artificial intelligence for the detection and diagnosis of diseases at an early stage facilitates the work of doctors and patients.Artificial intelligence was used in this study for the early diagnosis of heart diseases. Artificial intelligence consists of artificial neural networks that consist of many layers. These artificial neural networks predict the classes of inputs by converting the inputs to outputs. Convolutional neural networks were used in this study. This artificial neural networks are used to classify the objects in the image.Convolutional artificial neural networks were first trained with healthy and sick heart sounds and the result of this training was tested. As a result of the tests carried out, it has been seen that trained artificial intelligence distinguishes between healthy and sick heart sounds.
