Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı E-Okul Uygulamasının Yönetici, Öğretmen,Öğrenci Ve Veli Görüşleri Doğrultusunda Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı e-Okul uygulamaları, öğretim çalışmalarının en önemli dört paydaşı olan, okul yöneticileri, öğretmenler, öğrenciler ve velilerden alınan görüşler doğrultusunda değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, İstanbul ilinin 7 farklı ilçesinden 10 yönetici, 13 öğretmen, 14 öğrenci ve 11 veli oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada, nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması uygulan- mıştır. Veriler, görüşmelerde dört farklı gruba sorulan sorulara verilen cevap- lardan elde edilmiştir. Sorular araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmıştır. Görüşmelerin kaydedilmesi amacıyla video kamera kullanılmıştır. Toplanan verilen üzerinde içerik analizi tekniği uygulanmıştır. Araştırma bulgularına göre, e-Okul uygulaması, Türk Milli Eğitim sis- teminde bir devrim niteliğindedir. e-Okul uygulaması, yöneticilerin birçok işini kolaylaştırırken, öğretmenleri disipline etmiştir. Aynı zamanda, öğrenciler bu uygulama sayesinde, notlarını internet üzerinden öğrenebilirken, ailelerinden herhangi bir durumu gizleyememektedirler. Veliler için öğrencilerini takip etme adına mükemmel bir uygulamadır. Özellikle, server ve hız problemi halledildi- ği zaman sistem daha kullanışlı olur.

In this research, Ministry of National Education e-School applications have been evaluated with the views of administrators, teachers, students and parents which are the best four stakeholders of teaching studies. Working group of the research is formed by 10 administrators, 13 teachers, 14 students and 11 parents who are from 7 different districts of Istanbul. In this research, case study design which is one of the qualitative rese- arch methods was adopted. Data was obtained from answers to be asked to the four different groups. Questions were prepared by the researcher. Video came- ra was used to record the interviews. Content analysis technique was adminis- tered on the collected data. According to the research findings e-School applications are a revoluti- on on Turkish National Education System. e-School applications have facilitated administrators’ studies and they also has disciplined teachers. In addition, thanks to this application, students can learn their exam notes on the Internet, but they can’t conceal any of their status. e-School application is a perfect appli- cation for parents to control their children. Especially, when the server and speed problems are resolved, the system is more usable.
