Abstract
MATTHIOLA SINUATA (L.) R. BR. ÜZERİNDE MORFOLOJİK, PALİNOLOJİK VE KARYOLOJİK ARAŞTIRMALAR Bu çalışmada, İstanbul çevresinde yayılış gösterdiği tespit edilen Matthiola sinuata (L.) R. Br. (Brassicaceae) türünün morfolojisi, palinolojisi ve karyolojisi incelenmiştir. İncelenen örnekler 2012-2013 yılları arasında Şile’den toplanmıştır. Toplanan örnekler herbaryum ve fiksasyon materyalleri şeklinde saklanmıştır. Morfolojik çalışmalarda taksonların teşhisi ve morfolojik incelemeler herbaryum materyallerinden yapılmıştır. Taksonların gövde, yaprak, çiçek ve meyvelerinin morfolojik karakterleri incelenmiş olup bu morfolojik özellikler fotoğraflarla desteklenerek verilmiştir. Taksona ait detaylı morfolojik çizimler ve fotoğraflar çalışmaya eklenmiştir. Palinolojik incelemeler herbaryum materyallerinden Wodehouse yöntemi ile elde edilen polenlerin ışık mikroskobuyla incelenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan palinolojik inceleme sonucu, polen tipi tricolpate, polen şekli sphaeroidea olarak belirlenmiştir. Karyolojik çalışmalar için bitkilerden alınan kök uçları aseto-orsein boyası ile ezme preparat yöntemi uygulanmış ve kromozom sayısının 2n=14 olduğu saptanmıştır.
MORPHOLOGICAL, PALYNOLOGICAL AND CARYOLOGICAL RESEARCHES ON MATTHIOLA SINUATA (L.) R. BR. In this study, morphology, karyology and palynology of Matthiola sinuata (L.) R. Br. (Brassicaceae) which found in İstanbul region was investigated. The examined taxa were collected from Şile in 2012-2013. The collected plants are protected as herbarium and stock materials. In the morphological section, identifications of the taxa and the morphological investigations were determined from herbarium materials. The morphological charecteristics of the stem, leaf, flower and fruit were investigated and morphological features have been given along with pictures. The drawing sand photographs of taxa sample have been firstly presented via this study. Palynological observations were performed by using acetolysis method and photographed by light (LM). As a result of palynological observations, pollen is tricolpate and sphaeroidea. Karyological studies are resulted that species have chromosome number of 2n=14. Samples which were prepared from the end of roots were examined with the Feulgen-Aseto Orsein crushing methods.
