Borsa İstanbul ve Euronext Paris borsalarında ilk halka arzlarda düşük fiyatlama ve etki eden faktörler regresyon uygulaması

Abstract

Şirketler genellikle kar elde ettikleri dönemlerde yaptıkları faaliyetler ve finansal bilgilere çok fazla önem vermeyebilirler. Bir şirketin sürdürülebilirliğini sağlayabilmesi için finansal bilgilere her zaman önem vermeli ve finansal açıdan şirketin durumu sürekli olarak değerlendirilmelidir. Finansal bilgilerin önemi sebebiyle, ülke ekonomisinin güçlü ve istikrarlı olması için işletmelerin sürdürülebilirliğinin sağlanması açısından önemlidir. Bu nedenle işletmelerin ellerindeki sermayeyi daha özenli kullanması ve elindeki kaynakları değerlendirmesi gerekmektedir. Son dönemlerde bu sebeplerden dolayı özellikle halka arz önem kazanmaya başlamıştır. Çalışmada işletmelerin halka arzının ve bu süreçteki değerlemelerin nasıl olması gerektiği açıklanarak bir uygulmala ile ortaya konmuştur.

In recent years, primarily because of these reasons, the public offering has begun to gain importance. This study approaches the public offering of the businesses and the way in which these valuations should be explained with an implementation.
