Serbest meslek kazançları açısından beşeri sermayede amortisman (beyin amortismanı)

Abstract

Beşeri sermaye, eğitim ve öğretim süreci ile birlikte kazanılan bilgi, beceri, nitelik, tecrübe ve yeteneklerin yanı sıra doğal yetenek ve zekayı da içine almaktadır. Bu çalışma da, beşeri sermayenin amortismanı ele alınmıştır. Yapılan çalışmalarda entelektüel sermayenin bir unsuru olan beşeri sermayenin (işletmede çalışanların) gelecekte bir fayda olduğu ve zamanla amortize edilmesi gerektiği öne sürülmektedir. Ayrıca serbest meslek sahiplerinin de eğitim ve ihtisaslaşma süreleri dikkate alınarak oluşturulacak olan varlık değerinin de amortismana tabi tutulması gerektiği düşünülmektedir.

Human capital involves the ordinary abilities and intelligence as well as the knowledge, qualifications, experience and talents attained via the education process. This study examines the amortization of human capital. The studies conducted claim that the human capital which is an element of the intellectual capital is an asset/profit in the future and that it should be amortized in time. Furthermore it is thought that the asset value to be formed by taking into account the education and specialization periods of the self-employed people should be amortized.
