Publication: CE işaretlemesi ve CE işaretlemesi üzerine uygulama
Abstract
CE İşaretlemesi AB’de malların serbest dolaşımı konusunda atılan en önemli adımlardan biridir. CE işareti ürünlerin AB ülkeleri arasında serbest dolaşımını sağlayan bir pasaport görevi üstlenir ve CE işareti ürünlerin çevreye, insana, bitkiye ve hayvana zarar vermediğini gösteren bir birlik işaretidir. Bu tezde, CE işaretlemesi detaylı olarak açıklanmış ve AB standardizasyon kuruluşları CEN, CENELEC, ETSI, hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bununla birlikte Türkiye ile AB müktesebatının uyum süreci açıklanmıştır. Son olarak şalter üreten bir firmada uygulama yapılmıştır. Bu uygulama ile birlikte CE işaretlemesi sürecinde takip edilmesi gereken adımlar anlatılmıştır.
CE Marking is a cornerstone of free movement of the products within the European Union Countries. CE Marking of products as a passport which can allow a manufacturer to freely circulate their products within the European marketplace and CE Marking shows that the product does not harmful to the nature, human, plant and animals. In this thesis, CE Marking is explained in details and is given information about the EU standardization institutions, CEN, CENELEC, ETSI. In addition to this, adaptation of European Union’s regulations to Turkey is explained in details. As a result, case study was made on firm which is manufacturing switch. With this case study, the steps should be followed through CE Marking is explained.
