Yeni ilköğretim eğitim programı kapsamındaki ses temelli cümle yöntemiyle okuma yazma öğretiminin ilköğretim birinci sınıf öğretmenlerince değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Yeni İlköğretim Eğitim kapsamındaki Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemiyle okuma yazma öğretiminin ilköğretim birinci sınıf öğretmenlerince değerlendirilmesinin yapılması ve öğretmenin bazı özellikleri ile Yeni Okuma Yazma Programını değerlendirmesi arasında ilişki olup olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmaya, İstanbul İli Avrupa Yakasındaki Bağcılar, Bahçelievler ve Bakırköy ilçelerinde, random sampling (rasgele örnekleme) yoluyla seçilen 104 resmî ve özel ilköğretim okulunda görev yapan 843 öğretmen katılmıştır. Türkiye’de yeni bir konu olduğu için bu çalışmanın benzerleri çokça yapılmakta, Yeni Okuma Yazma Programına hakkında, farklı bölgelerdeki öğretmenlerin farklı bakış açıları bu çalışmalarla ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmaktadır. Bütün bu çalışmalar bir araya getirildiğinde, ülkemizde yürürlüğe giren Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemi ile okuma yazma öğretimi faaliyetlerinin ne yönde yol aldığı görülebilir ve bu programın doğurabileceği sakıncaların ortaya koyulmasında, programa gerekli müdahalelerin yapılması anlamında, bu çalışmaların önemi büyüktür. Bu araştırmada survey (genel tarama) modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemini Değerlendirme Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Adı geçen ölçek çalışmasında örneklemin sahip olduğu çeşitli özelliklere ait 10 madde ve öğretmenlerin “Ses Temelli Cümle Yöntemi” ve “Bitişik Eğik Yazı” konusundaki algı ve düşüncelerine ait 55 madde yer almıştır. The Evaluation Of Literary Teaching With The Sentence Method With The Base Of Voice İn The Extend Of New Primary Education Program By The Primary School Teachers The aim of this study is to make evaluation of sentence method with the base of voice extend in the primary school education program by first class teacher of teaching and to express that there is a relation between some special features of teacher and the evaluation of First Literary Teaching or not. 843 teachers who are working in 104 private and formal primary schools which are chosen by the way of random sampling from Bağcılar, Bahçelievler, Bakırköy that is the European side of Istanbul, participate to this research. Resemblings of this study are frequently prepared because it is a new subject in Turkey. With these studies, different view of teachers from different regions are tried to be brought up about First Literary Teaching. When all of these studies sre brought together, it can be seen how proceed that the activities about literary teaching and the sentence method with the base of voice that come into force our country. These studies have a big importance over to determine the objections of this program and to interfere to this program when it is needed. In this research survey model is used. At this research,in order to pick up information about sentence method with the base of voice which is developed by the researcher,evaluation scale was used.In this scale study there are 55 items belonging to perceptions and ideas of teacher about attached slanted handwriting and sentence method with the base of voice and the sample which has different samples.
