Abstract

Hemşirelerde Akılcı İlaç Kullanımı Konusunda Farkındalık Oluşturmada Eğitimin EtkisiÖğrencinin Adı: Hayat Ezgi ESKİNDanışmanı: Prof. Dr. Ayşe Nefise BAHÇECİKAnabilim Dalı: Hemşirelik Anabilim DalıAmaç: Araştırma, hemşirelerde akılcı ilaç kullanımı konusunda farkındalık oluşturmada eğitimin etkisini belirlemek amacıyla yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Ön test- son test randomize deney, kontrol gruplu gerçekleştirilen araştırma, Bursa ilinde bir yüksek ihtisas eğitim araştırma hastanesinde çalışmakta olan 102 hemşire ile gerçekleştirildi. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve araştırmacılar tarafından geliştirilen Akılcı İlaç Kullanımı Bilgi Formu kullanıldı. Verilerin analizinde, tanımlayıcı istatistiksel analizler, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk test, Student t test, Pearson Ki-Kare test, Fisher- Freeman-Halton Exact test ve Fisher’s Exact test Paired Sample t test ve Mann Whitney U test kullanıldı. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin, %53,9’u 26-35 yaş grubunda, %90,2’si kadın, %52,9’u evli, %80,4’ü lisans mezunu, %44,1’i 4-10 yıl mesleki deneyime sahiptir ve %53,9’unun 1-3 yıl arasında çocuk servisinde çalıştığı görüldü. Hemşirelerin eğitim öncesi akılcı ilaç kullanımı ile ilgili bilgi puanı ortalaması 55,29±16,87 puan, eğitim sonrası ise bilgi puanı ortalaması 70,59±19,55 olarak bulundu. Deney ve kontrol gruplarına göre eğitim öncesi ve sonrası akılcı ilaç kullanımı bilgi puanları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptandı (p=0,001; p<0,01). Sonuç: Hemşirelerde akılcı ilaç kullanımı konusunda farkındalık oluşturmada verilen eğitimin etkili olduğu görüldü.

Material and method: The research, which was performed using the pretest-posttest design with a randomized fashion using experiment and control groups, was carried out with 102 nurses working in a specialized training and research hospital in Bursa. Data were collected using the Introductory Information Form and Rational Drug Use Information Form that was developed by the researchers. Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Shapiro-Wilk test, Student’s t-test, Pearson chi-square test, Fisher- Freeman-Halton exact test, Fisher’s exact test, paired sample t-test and Mann Whitney U test were used to analyze the data. Results: Of the nurses, 53.9% were aged 26-35 years, 90.2% were women, 52.9% were married, 80.4% had bachelor's degree, 44.1% had 4-10 years of professional experience and 53.9% had worked in the pediatric unit for 1-3 years. Nurses’ mean scores from the rational drug use information form before and after education were 55.29±16.87 and 70.59±19.55, respectively. A statistically significant difference was found between rational drug use information scores before and after education by the experiment and control groups (p=0.001; p<0.01). Conclusion: The education given to raise awareness about rational drug use in nurses was effective.
