IV. Mehmed devri bir kaftan defteri (H.19 B. 1058-24 N. 1086/ 9 Ağustos 1648-12 Aralık 1675) (değerlendirme-çeviri metin)

Abstract

Hicri 19 Receb 1058-24 Ramazan 1086/ Miladi 9 Ağustos 1648-12 Aralık 1675 tarihleri arasındaki kayıtları ihtiva eden “Kaftan Defteri”nin aslı Topkapı Sarayı Müzesi Arşivi’nde muhafaza edilmektedir. Defterin dijital nüshası ise Osmanlı Arşivi’ndedir. Kayıtlar toplam yirmi yedi yılı ihtiva eder. Defter IV. Mehmed tahta çıktıktan kısa bir süre sonra tutulmaya başlanmıştır. Tezimizde önce “Kaftan Defteri”ndeki verileri belirli konu başlıkları altında tasnif ettik ve bu verilerin IV. Mehmed dönemi için önemlerini ortaya koymaya çalıştık. Birinci bölümde ayrıca defterdeki verilerin kronolojik bir sıra halinde özetlerini yaptık. Böylece IV.Mehmed döneminin kronolojisine katkıda bulunmaya çalıştık. İkinci bölümde ise defterin transkripsiyonunu verdik.

The original “Caftan Register” which contains records between 19 Rajap 1058-25 Ramadan 1086/ 2 August 1648-12 December 1675 is stored in the “Topkapı Palace Museum Archives”. The digital version is in the “Ottoman Archives”. The records contain 27 years of data in total. The register is started sometime after Mehmed IV ascended to the throne. In this thesis, we first classified records in the “Caftan Register” under determined topics and we tried to emphasize their significance for the period of Mehmet IV. Furthermore, in the first section, we summarized the data in the register chronologically. Thus, we tried to contribute to the chronology of the period of Mehmed IV. Finally, in the second section, we have completed the transcription of the register.
