Abstract
Tezimizde 1883-1914 tarihleri arasında Osmanlı-Alman ilişkileri ve Filistin'de oluşturulan Alman Kolonileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Genel olarak Filistin'in coğrafi konumu ve tarihi incelenerek bu bölgeye yapılan Yahudi göçlerinin tarihî sebepleri ve dinî gerekçeleri ele alınmıştır. Rusya, Polonya, Bulgaristan, Almanya ve diğer Batılı ülkelerden Osmanlı topraklarına Yahudi göçleri ve Osmanlı İmparatorluğu'nda Yahudilere sağlanan yerleşim imkânları incelenmiştir. Özellikle Yahudilerin Filistin'e göçleri ve Osmanlı idarecilerinin demografik yapıyı muhafaza etme gayretleri Osmanlı Arşiv Belgeleri ışığında incelenmiştir. Almanların Osmanlı Devleti ile ittifakı ve Filistin'de Alman Kolonilerinin kurulmasına müsaade ve yardım etmeleri siyasi gerekçeleriyle birlikte ele alınmıştır. Filistin'de kurulan Alman Kolonilerinin diğer millerden farkları, özellikleri, mimarî tarzları, ziraat metotları, yönetim şekilleri, Osmanlı Devleti ile olan münasebetleri incelenmiştir. Almanların Pozen'de uyguladıkları kolonizasyon modeli ile Filistin'de uygulanan model karşılaştırılmış benzer ve farklı yönleri ele alınmıştır. Bu bağlamda özellikle Almanların Hayfa Kolonisi model olarak incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Hayfa, Siyonizm, II. Abdülhamit, II. In my thesis, I tried to study the Ottoman-German relations between 1883-1914 and the German colonies established in Palestine. In general, the historical and religious causes of the Jewish emigrations to Palestine were handled by looking over its geograpfic situation and its history. The Jewish emigrations into the Ottoman Land from Russia, Poland, Bulgaria, Germany and the other European countries and the settling opportunities in the Ottoman Empire were gone over. Especially, the Jewish emigrations to Palestine and the struggle of the Ottoman Government to keep the demographic structure using the Ottoman Archives Documents were thoroughly looked over The German Alliance with the Ottoman State and the permission and assistance of the settlement of the German colonies in Palestine were handled politically. The differences of the German colonies established in Palestine from other nations, its characteristics, architectural styles, agricultural methods, administrative types and relations with the Ottoman State were studied. The colonial model of the German applied in Pozen and the model applied in Palestine were compared; the similarities and the differences were examined.
