Abstract
alışan Memnuniyeti, Hızlı Tüketim Sektörü ÖZET Bu çalışmada temel amaç hızlı tüketim malları sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın çalışanlarının memnuniyet düzeylerini belirlemek, çıkan sonuca hem firma yönetimine hem de sektördeki firmalara önerilerde bulunmaktır. Bu amaçla bir anket oluşturulmuş, ankete verilen cevaplar SPSS programıyla analiz edildikten sonra, firmanın yöneticileriyle yorumlanmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde hızlı tüketim malları sektörü hakkında genel bilgi verilmiştir. Bu başlık altında hızlı tüketim malları kavramı açıklanmış, sektörün dünyada ve ülkemizdeki tarihsel gelişimi anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde çalışan memnuniyeti kavramı, bu memnuniyetin boyutları, önemi ve çalışan memnuniyetini etkileyen faktörler üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde, yapılan anket çalışmasıyla sektörde faaliyet gösteren bir firmanın çalışanlarının iş ve işyerinden duydukları memnuniyet düzeyi ölçülmüş, çıkan sonuca göre yönetime önerilerde bulunulmuştur. The main purpose of this study, fast-moving consumer goods sector to determine the satisfaction level of employees of a company, the result of both company management and the industry is to make recommendations to the company. A questionnaire created for this purpose, the survey responses were analyzed with SPSS program after the company's managers have been interpreted. In the first chapter gives an overview of the fast moving consumer goods sector has been. Under this heading are described the concept of fast moving consumer goods industry in our country and the world's historical development is described. In the second part of the concept of employee satisfaction, the satisfaction of the size, importance and factors affecting employee satisfaction has been emphasized. The third section surveys operating in the sectors of business and office employees of a firm measured their satisfaction level, according to the result of suggestions were made to management.
