Abstract
Diğer canlı türlerinden farklı olarak tüm insanların davranışlarına zihinsel bir mekanizma yön vermektedir. Bu mekanizmanın aparatları; zeka, akıl, mantık ve bilinçtir. Bu kavramların anlamları ile ilgili bir anlam karmaşası bulunmaktadır. Kimi zaman birbirlerinin yerine kullanılmaktadırlar. Tüm insan davranışlarına yön veren zihinsel mekanizma, elbette, bilimsel eserlerin üretilmesi işlevini de üstlenmektedir. Buna istinaden, bu incelemede, sözü edilen mekanizma ve aparatların anlam alanları sorunsallaştırılmıştır. Bu çerçeve içinde, öncelikle zihinsel mekanizmanın aparatlarını tanımlayan kavramların anlamları netleştirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Daha sonra, bilgi işleme sürecinde bu aparatların nasıl bir işlev yerine getirdiği tartışılmaktadır. Bilim insanının izleyeceği metodolojik sürecin açıklığa kavuşturulması umuduyla, zihinsel işlem mekanizması modelleştirilmeye çalışılmaktadır. Son olarak bu incelemede; "zihinsel işlem süreci" ve "olgusal tekabüliyet şeması" çerçevesinde, zihinsel mekanizmanın nasıl işlediğine dair öneriler sunulmaktadır.
All human behaviors, as distinct from other species, are directed by a cognitive mechanism. The apparatus of this mechanism are intelligence, reason, logic and conscious. There is an ambiguity about the exact meaning of these notions. They are sometimes substituted for one another. Cognitive mechanism which directs to all human behaviors as well as undertake the function of producing scientific works. Based on this, in this research, the semantic fields of this mechanism and its apparatus are problematized. In this context, first, it is clarified the meaning of notions which define the apparatus of cognitive mechanism. Then, it is discussed what kind of functions this apparatus carry out in information processing. It is tried to pattern the cognitive process mechanism in the hope of crystalizing methodological process that scientist will follow. Finally, there are suggestions about how cognitive mechanism works within the scope of information processing and factual correspondence schema.
