Abstract
Farklı Özelliklerdeki İki İşletmede Gökkuşağı Alabalığının (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) Büyüme Performansının İncelenmesi Bu çalışmada, farklı iki işletmedeki gökkuşağı alabalığı(Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792)’nın 6 aylık( Mart-Ağustos) büyüme performansındaki farklılıklar incelenmiştir. Araştırma, gökkuşağı alabalığı yetiştiriciliği yapan, A işletmesi ve B işletmesinde yapılmış ve 25.03.2007’de başlayıp, 31.08.2007’de sona ermiştir. Toplam 180 gün süren çalışma sonucunda, A işletmesindeki balıkların ortalama canlı ağırlıkları 0,5 g’dan 30g’a, B işletmesinde 0,409 g’dan 118,095 g’a gelmiştir. Boy uzunlukları A işletmesinde 3 cm’den 14 cm’ye, B işletmesinde 3 cm’den 19,5 cm’ye gelmiştir. Mutlak canlı ağırlık artışında 3. periyottan itibaren önemli bir farklılık olmuştur. A işletmesindeki artış 3, 4, 5 ve 6. periyotta sırasıyla 1,3 g, 6,29 g, 6,373 ve 14,537 g, B işletmesinde sırasıyla 5,639 g, 15,32 g, 23 ve 73,095 g olmuştur. Su sıcaklıkları da A işletmesinde 3, 4, 5 ve 6. periyotta sırasıyla 13ºC, 13,5ºC, 14,5ºC ve 15,4ºC; B işletmesinde 16,7–17,5ºC olmuştur. Spesifik büyüme hızı, farkın en belirgin olduğu 3.periyotta A işletmesinde 2,080, B işletmesinde 6,197 olmuş, 6. periyotta da spesifik büyüme hızı, A işletmesinde 2,21, B işletmesinde 3,238 olmuştur. Yani Mayıs ve Ağustos aylarında büyüme hızı farkı artmıştır.
The Growth Performance Investigation of Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss Walbaum, 1792) in Two Enterprise with Different Specialities In This study differences on growth performance of rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) in two differnet enterprise have been investigated. The study was performed at the rainbow trout farms; enterprise A and enterprise B, between 25 March 2007 and 31 August 2007. At the end of the 180-day study, the average live weight of fish in enterprise A rose from 0,5 g to 30 g and from 0,409 g to 118,095 g in enterprise B. Fish lengths for enterprise A and B have been increased from 3 cm to 14 cm and from 3 cm to 19,5 cm respectively. There was a significant difference in the absolute live weight increase after the 3rd period. The increases in enterprise A in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th periods were 1,3 g, 6,29 g, 6,373 g and 14,537 g respectively. The values in the same period for enterprise B were as fallows: 5,639 g, 15,32 g, 23 g and 73,095 g. Water temperature at enterprise A in the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th periods were 13ºC, 13,5ºC, 14,5ºC and 15,4ºC and between 16,7ºC and 17,5ºC in enterprise B for the same period. Specific growth rate was most significant in the 3rd period where enterprise A recorded a value of 2,080 and 6,197 in enterprise B, in the 6th period specific growth rate was 2,21 enterprise A and 3,238 in enterprise B. Thus, growth rate difference had increased in May and August.
