Hazır giyim sanayiinde klasik erkek gömleği üretiminin standart sürelerinin MTM yötemi ile belirlenmesi

Abstract

In this piece of thesis study, classical men's shirt model standard production time has been defined by MTM method in parallel to the organisation's working conditions and determined work flow scheme. There have been five parts in the presented thesis study. The purpose of the study and the importance of MTM method have been explained in the first part. In the second part, the literature on the subject of the thesis has been investigated. Information about the definition of the work study, the definition of the pre-determined time systems, MTM Method and systems have been given. In addition to these, the general features of the classical men's shirt have also been mentioned. In the third part, the materials, the machinery and the research method which were used in the research are introduced. The characteristics of the organisation at which the research was held have been clarified and the work centres together with the procedures are coded for laborsaving purposes. The characteristics of the chosen product and the use of the method have been explained. In the fourth part, first the schematic aspects of the procedures have been given and then the time analyses have been found by calculating one by one. In the fifth part, the total basic time has been found by adding basic time values. By adding the resting and distribution time to these values, the standard time value of a shirt's production has been achieved. Sunulan tez çalışması beş bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; çalışmanın amacı ve MTM yönteminin önemi anlatılmıştır. İkinci bölümde; tez konusu ile ilgili literatür araştırılmıştır. İş etüdünün tanımı, zaman saptama yöntem ve teknikleri, önceden belirlenmiş zaman sistemlerinin tanımı, MTM Metodu ve Sistemleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Ayrıca klasik erkek gömleğinin genel özellikleri belirtilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; araştırmada kullanılan materyaller, makineler ve araştırma yöntemi tanıtılmıştır. Araştırma yapılan işletmenin özellikleri belirtilmiş ve kolaylık sağlaması açısından iş merkezleri ve işlemler kodlanmıştır. Seçilen ürünün özellikleri ve yöntemin nasıl kullanılacağı açıklanmıştır. Dördüncü bölümde; işlemlerin önce şematik görünümleri verilmiş, ardından temel zaman analizleri tek tek hesaplanarak bulunmuştur. Beşinci bölümde; temel zaman değerleri toplanarak, toplam temel zaman bulunmuştur. Bulunan bu değerlere dinlenme ve dağılım zamanı eklenerek bir gömleğin üretiminin standart zaman değerine ulaşılmıştır. HAZİRAN 2005 Sunay IŞIK ULUDAĞ
