Türkiye'deki gençlik ve spor kulüplerinde görev yapan spor yöneticilerinin bölgelere göre eğitim durumları ve yeterlilikleri

Abstract

Amaç: Bu tez çalışmasının amacı, Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren gençlik ve sporkulüplerinde görev yapan spor yöneticilerinin, coğrafi bölgelere göre yönetimyeterlikleri ve eğitim düzeyleri açısından karşılaştırılarak incelenmesidir.Gereç ve Yöntem: Birinci aşamada; araştırmanın temellendirilmesi ve belirlenenamaca ulaşılabilmesi için çalışma ile ilgili literatür taraması yapılmıştır. İkinciaşamada; veri toplama aracı olarak anket tekniği uygulanmıştır. Üçüncü aşamada;anket verileri SPSS programında analiz edilmiştir. Dördüncü aşamada iseanalizlerin sonuçları tartışılmıştır. Çalışmada 2018-2019 döneminde görev yapanspor yöneticilerine, “Kişisel Bilgi ve Görüş Formu” ile “Spor KulübüYöneticilerinin, Eğitim Durumları ve Yeterlilikleri Biçimleri Ölçeği”uygulanmıştır.Bulgular: Türkiye’deki spor yöneticilerinin bölgelere göre demografik özellikleri,kişisel bilgileri, eğitim durumları ve yönetsel yeterlikleri ile ilgili frekans veyüzdeleri ve bazı değişkenlerin aritmetik ortalamaları belirlenmiştir. Sporyöneticilerinin, coğrafi bölgelere göre; cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, kulüptekigörevi, yöneticilikteki görev süresi, spor yönetimi ile ilgili seminer-kurs vb.etkinliğe katılma ve eğitim durumları vb. gibi değişkenlerine göre anketdeğişkenlerinin dağılımı t testi ve one-way anova testi ile değerlendirilmiştir.Sonuçlar: Türkiye’deki spor yöneticilerinin demografik özellikleri, eğitimdurumları ve yönetsel yeterlikleri, coğrafi bölgelere göre değişikliklergöstermektedir. Araştırma sonuçları doğrultusunda öneriler sunulmuştur.

Objective: The aim of this thesis is to in youth and sports clubs operating inTurkey serving sports managers to examine in terms of management qualificationsand educational levels compared by in Turkey geographic regions.Materials and Methods: In the first stage; In order to ground the research andreach the determined goal, a literature review was conducted. In the second stage;Questionnaire technique was used as a data collection tool. In the third stage;survey data were analyzed in SPSS program. In the fourth stage, the results of theanalyzes are discussed. In the study, Personal Information and Opinion Formand Educational Status and Competency Forms Scale of Sports Club Managerswere applied to the sports managers working in 2018-2019 period.Findings: According to the demographic characteristics of sports administrators inTurkey, personal information, training frequency and percentages related to thestatus and managerial competencies and the arithmetic mean of the number ofvariables is determined. According to the geographical regions of sports managers;gender, age, marital status, his duty in the club, his term of office in management,seminar-course about sports management, etc. the distribution of the questionnairevariables according to variables such as participation in the activity andeducational status were evaluated with the t test and the one-way anova test.Conclusions: The demographics of sports managers in Turkey, education andmanagerial competencies, demonstrate vary by geographic region. In line with theresults of the research, suggestions are presented.
