ST segment yükselmesi olmayan miyokard infarktüsü ile acil servise başvuran hastaya neuman sistemler modeline göre uygulanan hemşirelik yaklaşımı

Abstract

Betty Neuman’ın 1970’de geliştirdiği Sistemler Modeli birey / toplumun, strese / stresörlere olan tepkisi ve hemşirenin bu tepkiye birincil, ikincil ve üçüncül koruma girişimleriyle müdahalede bulunmasıdır. Neuman bu modelde sadece sağlık veya hastalık değil aynı zamanda insan odaklı bütüncül yaklaşım kavramına değinmiştir. Model hastayı çevresiyle bir bütün olarak ele alarak stres ve strese gösterilen tepkiler üzerine odaklanmıştır. Kardiyovasküler hastalıkların yönetiminde yaşam tarzı değişiklikleri önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Kardiyovasküler hastalıklarda önlenebilir risk faktörlerinin kontrolü açısından sağlıklı yaşam biçimi davranışlarının benimsenmesine ek olarak stresin yönetilmesinde sağlık profesyonellerine, özellikle hemşirelere önemli roller düşmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunun amacı ST Segment Yükselmesi Olmayan Miyokard İnfarktüsü tanısı ile acil servise başvuran hastayı Neuman Sistemler Modeli ile değerlendirmek, hastanın strese/stresörlere olan tepkisi ve hemşirenin oluşan bu tepkiye birincil, ikincil ve üçüncül koruma önlemleri ile uyguladığı hemşirelik bakımının sonuçlarına dikkat çekmektir. Hastanın değerlendirmesinde hastanın algıladığı stresörler ve hemşirenin hastayla ilgili algıladığı stresörler, hastaya ait verilerle birlikte analiz edilmiş ve hemşirenin birincil, ikincil ve üçüncül koruma girişimleriyle hemşirelik süreci uygulanmıştır.

The basis of the Systems Model developed by Betty Neuman in 1970 is the individual/society's response to stress/stressors and the nurse's intervention in this reaction with primary, secondary and tertiary protection initiatives. In this model, Neuman referred to the concept of a human-centered holistic approach, not just health or disease. The model focused on stress and reactions to stress by considering the patient as a whole with his/her environment. In addition to adopting healthy lifestyle behaviors in terms of controlling preventable risk factors in cardiovascular diseases, health professionals, especially nurses, have important roles in managing stress. The aim of this case report is to evaluate the patient who applied to the emergency department with the diagnosis of NonST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction with the Neuman Systems Model, to draw attention to the patient's reaction to stress/stressors and the results of the nursing care applied by the nurse to this reaction with primary, secondary and tertiary protection measures. In the evaluation of the patient, the stressors perceived by the patient, the stressors perceived by the nurse about the patient were analyzed together with the patient's data, and the nursing process was applied with the nurse's primary, secondary and tertiary protection initiatives
