Abstract

Gabonlu kadınların tanınma mücadelesi : profesyonel ortema entegrasyonlarına dair bir analiz Özellikle toplumsal cinsiyet eşitsizliğini azaltmaya yönelik olarak, Gabonlu kadınların tanınması mücadelesi, toplumsal yaşamın her alanında kadın haklarının özgürleştirilmesi ve geliştirilmesiyle ilgili daha geniş küresel girişimlerin bir parçasıdır. Gabon da dahil olmak üzere birçok Afrika devleti, uluslararası iş birliği ve küresel girişimlere katılım taahhütleri aracılığıyla kadınların statüsünü iyileştirmek için önemli çabalar sarf etmiştir. Gabonlu kadınların statüsü, diğer Afrika ülkelerinde olduğu gibi, önemli ilerlemeler kaydetmiş olsa da, bu ilerleme hâlâ arkaikleşmiş kültürel ve dini ideolojilerden kaynaklanan bağlamsal bir engelle karşı karşıyadır. Çalışmamız, kadın haklarını desteklemek ve öncelikle onları etkileyen ekonomik ayrımcılığı hafifletmek için kurumsal mekanizmaların kurulması anlayışının bir parçasıdır. Uluslararası sözleşmeler, yasal metinler, makaleler veya edebi eserler olsun, hepsi tarih ve gelenekte kadınlara atfedilen bu katı ve artık geçerliliğini yitirmiş yeri, dünya çapındaki feminist hareketlerin aşmaya ve takdir ettirmeye çalıştığı bu yeri kınama konusunda hemfikirdir. Öte yandan, röportajlarımız, kadınlara ilişkin geleneksel klişeler karşısında kendini ifade etme ve kararlılık eğilimini ve tüm kadınların özdeşleşmesi gereken bir katılım ihtiyacını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu tanınma mücadelesinin tezahürü aracılığıyla, güçlenmelerini engelleyen toplumsal adaletsizliklere karşı ulusal düzeyde mücadele etmektedirler.

La lutte pour la reconnaissance des femmes gabonaises : une analyse sur leur intégratıon à l’environnement professionnel Toward reducing gender inequality in particular, the struggle for the recognition of Gabonese women is part of the broader global initiatives related to the emancipation and promotion of women's rights in all spheres of social life. Many African states, including Gabon, have made significant efforts to advance the status of women through their commitments to international cooperation and participation in global initiatives. The status of Gabonese women, like that of other African countries, has made significant progress, but this progress still faces a contextual obstacle rooted in cultural and religious ideologies that have become archaic. On the one hand, the analysis of women's integration into the labor market becomes essential to measure the extent to which the materialization of equitable integration mechanisms has been able to carry the issue of economic inequalities. Furthermore, we based our analysis on a mixed approach, from the introduction of the legal framework relating to the status of women in Gabon, through the study of existing literature combined with the interviews we were able to conduct. Our study is part of the understanding of the establishment of institutional mechanisms to promote women's rights and to alleviate the economic discrimination that primarily affects them. Whether it be international conventions, legal texts, articles, or literary works, all agree in denouncing the place that has always been attributed to women in history and tradition, this strict and now obsolete place that feminist movements around the world are trying to overcome and make appreciated. On the other hand, our interviews reveal a tendency toward assertion and determination in the face of traditional stereotypes of women, as well as a need for involvement with which all women should identify. It is through the manifestation of the struggle for this recognition that they work on the national stage to challenge the social injustices that hinder their empowerment.
