Abstract
Küreselleşme hayatımızın her alanında karşılaştığımız çok boyutlu ve karmaşık bir süreçtir. Küreselleşme sürecinin bir parçası ve uzantısı olarak son yüzyılda dünya ekonomisinde yaşanan en önemli gelişmelerden birisi hiç şüphesiz finansın uluslararasılaşmasıdır. Finans piyasalarının küreselleşmesi ile para bulunduğu mekandan bağımsız, serbestçe dolaşır hale gelmiş, ulusal finans piyasalarını ayıran sınırlar ortadan kalkmış, finans piyasaları kontrol ve sınırlandırmalardan arındırılıp uluslar arası rekabete açılmıştır. Finansın uluslararasılaşması sonucunda, sermaye ve finansman gittikçe küreselleşmekte ve ulusal sınırlar önemini yitirmektedir. Mal ve sermaye piyasalarının serbestleşmesi küreselleşmenin hız kazanmasına neden olmuş, ülkeler arasındaki uzaklıklar önemini yitirmiştir. Böylesi bir ortamda bir ülkede yaşanan gelişmeler diğer ülkeleri de etkisi altına almaya başlamıştır. Finansal küreselleşme ve onun beraberinde gelen finansal liberalizasyon bir çok ekonomik krize neden olmuştur. Bu çalışmada finans piyasalarındaki küreselleşmenin gelişimi incelenmiştir.
Globalisation is a multi dimentional and deep process that we come across with in each part of our lives. As being a part and an extension of the globalisation process,one of the most important development seen in the world economy,without any doubt, is the internationalism of the finance. As the finance market is globalised, the Money gets independent of its location and circulated freely, the limits that seperate national finance market disappeared, and the national finance markets are prufied from control and limits , opened to international competiton. As a result of internationalism of the finance, capital and finance globalises increasingly and national borders loses its importance. The freedom of the good and the finance market leads to globalisatin to accelerated and makes the distance between countries unimportant. In such an atmosphere, the development seen in a country started to influence the other countires as well. Financial globalisation and financial liberalisation caused so many economical crisis. In this study, the globalisation of the financial market`s development is investigated.
