ISO 14001 çevre yönetim sistemi ve otomotiv yan sanayiinde uygulama çalışması

Abstract

ISO 14001 ÇEVRE YÖNETİM SİSTEMİ VE OTOMOTİV YAN SANAYİNDE UYGULAMA ÇALIŞMASI Mevcut kaynakların tüketilmesi, hızla artan tüketim artıklarının çevreyi ve gelecek nesillerin yaşam alanını daraltacağının farkına varılması, kamuoyunun artan tepkisi, kuruluşların iş dünyasında kalabilmek için faaliyetlerinden kaynaklanan çevre boyutlarını, iş strateji ve uzun vadeli planlarına dahil etmek zorunluluğunu doğurmuştur. Böylece çevre yönetimi olgusu gelişmiş ve işletme yönetimi içinde yer almaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, çevre yönetim sistemine neden ihtiyaç duyulduğunu , ISO 14000 Standartları ve Çevre Yönetim Sisteminin tanıtılmasını, diğer sistemlerle kıyaslanmasını, zorlukları ve faydaları ile otomotiv yan sanayii olan Pimsa Poliüretan A.Ş.' de yapılan uygulamaları aktarmaktır. Türkiye'deki sanayiden kaynaklı çevre sorunlarının çözümünde, kuruluşların çevre yönetim sistemini kendi yönetim sistemlerine ve şirket felsefelerine dahil etmeleri gereği kaçınılmazdır. ISO 14000 standartları her türde, büyüklükte ve tipte işletmeler için uygun olup gönüllülük esasını taşımakta, uzun vadede iş performansını ve rekabet gücünü de arttırmaktadır. Diğer sistemlerle karşılaştırıldığında entegrasyonu kolay olduğu, ancak dokümantasyondan çok uygulamalara yönelik çalışmalar gerektirdiği görülmektedir. ISO 14000 ENVİRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND APPLİCATİON STUDY AT AUTOMOTİVE SUBSİDİARY INDUSTRİES Consuming the sources, noticing to restrict new age's life area because of wastes, reactions of public opinion cause necessity to input environmental aspects of the firm activities to business strategy and long term planning for survive to power in business. So environmental management heve being developed and begun to take place business management The aim of this study; to research why have been need of environmental management, to present of environmental management system and ISO 14000 standards, to compare with the other systems, to explain difficulty and benefits of environmental management and to show the application study in one of the automotive subsidiary industry Pimsa Poliüretan A.Ş. In order to solution environmental problems of industry origin, the firms must incorporate the environmental management system to self management system and philosphy of business. ISO 14000 standards may acceptable to every type and size of business, standarts are based on volunteerism and provides to increasing the business prformance and competitive power. By comparison with the other systems, it is easy to integration but requires practice studies more than documantation.
