Publication: Terörün kooperatifler üzerindeki etkisi ve anket uygulaması
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı terörün ve terör eylemlerinin kooperatiflerin kuruluş aşamalarıve işleyişleri üzerinde ne tür etkilerinin olduğunu irdelemektir. Terör, küreselleşmiş dünyadadevletlerin toprak bütünlüğü ve vatandaşların can güvenliğini tehdit eden en büyük tehlikelerinbaşında gelmektedir. Bugün gelişmiş olan ülkeler ekonomik güçlerini arttırarak devamettirmek isterken, gelişmemiş ya da gelişmekte olan ülkeler de ekonomik olarak güçlenerekistikrarlı bir şekilde büyümek ve gelişmek isterler. Ekonomik olarak güçlenmek toplumun bütünkatmanları ile güçlenmesi ile mümkündür. Bu durumda yerel ekonominin güçlenmesi, toplumunkalkınmasının sağlanması, insanların hayat standartlarının yükseltilmesi, insanların tekbaşına altından kalkamadığı işlerinin yardımlaşma yoluyla yapılması gibi hedefleri olan kooperatiflerekonomi için büyük önem arz etmektedir. Ülkelerin ekonomilerini ve refahlarını hedefalan terör örgütleri dolayısıyla kooperatif işletmelerin faaliyetlerini de olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir.Bu çalışma kapsamında terörün kooperatifler üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmakapsamında terörün en yoğun yaşandığı illerden biri olan Şırnak ilinde faaliyetleri olankooperatif üye ve yöneticileri üzerinde anket çalışması yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda bütündünya için bir tehlike haline gelmiş olan terörün kooperatifler üzerindeki etkileri araştırma konusuyapılmış, ne tür etkilerinin olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır.
The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of terrorism and terrorist acts onthe stages of the establishment and functioning of cooperatives. Terrorism is one of the biggestthreats in the globalized world that threatens the territorial integrity of states and the lives ofcitizens. Today, while the developed countries want to continue their economic power by increasing,undeveloped or developing countries want to grow and develop stably by strengtheningeconomically. Economic empowerment is possible with the strengthening of all layers of society.The issues of great importance for cooperatives to contribute more to the economy; Strengtheningthe local economy, socio-cultural development of the society, raising the living standardsof people and encouraging social solidarity are the most important issues. Terrorist organizationsaiming at the economies and welfare of the countries adversely affect the activities ofthe cooperative initiatives.In this study, the effects of terrorism on cooperatives were investigated. Also, a surveywas conducted on the members and managers of the cooperatives operating in Şırnak, one ofthe provinces where terrorism is most intense. As a result of this research, the effects of terrorism,which has become a danger for the whole world, on cooperatives have been investigatedand it has been tried to reveal what kind of effects it has.
