Adli muhasebe mesleğinde mahkemeye yönelik uygulamalar ve bir araştırma

Abstract

Adli Muhasebe, Uzman Şahitlik ÖZET ADLİ MUHASEBE MESLEĞİNDE MAHKEMEYE YÖNELİK UYGULAMALAR ve BİR ARAŞTIRMA İnsanlığın ortaya çıkmasından bu yana varlığını sürdüren hile, çağımızın da vebası haline gelmiştir. Hileyi araştırma, ortaya çıkartma ve önlemeye çalışma çabaları bazı meslek gruplarının doğmasını sağlamıştır. Çalışmamızda, bu meslek gruplarından birisi olan adli muhasebeciler ve adli muhasebecilerin mahkemedeki faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Türkiye’de henüz duyulan adli muhasebeciler; Amerika, İngiltere ve diğer Avrupa ülke mahkemelerinde yaygın bir şekilde, uzman şahit ve dava destek danışmanı olarak faaliyet göstermektedirler. Çalışmamızın temel amacı, Türk mahkemelerinde adli muhasebecilerin yer almasının getireceği yeniliklerin anlatılmasıdır. Çalışmada, Türkiye’de sürmekte olan gerçek bir dava örneğine, adli muhasebeci, uzman şahitlik rolü ile entegre edilmiştir. Türk mahkemelerinde de adli muhasebecilerin, davaların aydınlatılmasına önemli katkılar sağlayabileceği ortaya konmuştur. Fraud, Forensic Accountig, Expert Witness

APPLICATIONS TO THE COURT in FORENSIC ACCOUNTING PROFESSION and A RESEARCH Fraud having existed since the advent of mankind has become the plague of our time. The efforts of doing the research, bringing out and preventing the fraud have given rise to some of occupational groups of tribe. In this study, it has discusse done of these occupational tribe which is the forensic accountants and the activities of their court. Forensic accountants who have been yet hearing Turkey; have been operating widely as an expert witness and a litigation support in the States, the UK and other European countries. The main purpose of this study is to express what the innovations would bring to the Turkish Courts by the involvement of forensic accountants. In this study, the forensic accountant has been integrated with the role of an expert witness to an ongoing real case example in Turkey. It has been put forward that even in Turkey, the forensic accountants can provide important contributions to shed light on the case.
