Abstract
tsel Sosyalleşme, İş Stresi ÖZET İŞ STRESİNİN İŞGÖRENLERİN ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME DÜZEYLERİNE ETKİLERİ VE BİR ARAŞTIRMA Bu araştırmanın amacı banka çalışanlarının örgütsel sosyalleşme düzeylerini; stres olgusunu dikkate alarak incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini, yabancı sermayeli bankalar arasında Türkiye genelindeki üç büyük bankadan birinin çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Belirtilen evrenin tümüne ulaşılması güç olduğundan örneklem grubunu kolayda örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen, bankanın İstanbul Avrupa Yakasında bulunan yedi şubesi ve genel müdürlüğündeki çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır. Toplamda 248 kişiye anket gönderilmiş ve bunların 214 tanesinden geri dönüş alınmıştır. Geri dönüş alınan 214 anketten de 10 tanesi geçersiz/ boş sayılmış ve sonuçta değerlendirmede 204 anketin verilerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS Statistics 17.0 analiz edilmişlerdir. Buna göre verilerin dağılımı normal dağılıma uygun çıkmış ve bu sebeple analizlerde parametrik testlerden regresyon ve korelasyon analizleri kullanılmıştır. İş stresi faktörleri ve örgütsel sosyalleşme faktörleri arasında hipotezler oluşturulmuş ve bu faktörler arasında regresyon ve korelasyon analizleri yapılmıştır. Korelasyon analizleri sonucunda faktörler arasında anlamlı bir ilişkinin var olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır. Regresyon analizleri sonucunda da bazı faktörlerin birbirlerini istatistiki olarak etkilediği, bazılarının da etkilemediği bulunmuştur. Organizational Socialization, Work Stress
THE EFFECTS OF WORK STRESS ON EMPLOYEE’S ORGANIZATIONAL SOCIALIZATION LEVELS AND A RESEARCH The purpose of this study is to investigate the organizational socializaton within the context of stress subject. The population of this research consists of one of the three biggest foreign capital banks in Turkey. Because of the difficulty in reaching all of this population, convenience sampling was used and seven sites and head office -which are all in the European Side of İstanbul- were chosen. In total, 248 questionnaires were sent and 214 of them were answered. 10 of this 214 were invalid and in conclusion, 204 questionnaire’s datas were used. The datas were analyzed in SPSS Statistics 17.0 programme. According to this; datas were suitable for normal distribution and because of this, parametric tests (regression and correlation) were used in the analysis. Hypothesis were set between the factors of work stress and organizational socialization and regression and correlation analysis were made between these factors. As a result of correlation analysis; there’s a significant relationship between the factors. As a result of regression analysis; some factors significantly effect each other while some of them don’t.
