Publication: Ömerli Baraj Gölü’nde bulunan balık türlerinin parazit faunası
Abstract
ÖMERLİ BARAJ GÖLÜ’NDE BULUNAN BALIK TÜRLERİNİN PARAZİT FAUNASI Ömerli Baraj Gölü’ndeki balıkların parazit faunalarının belirlenmesi amacıyla 56 adet kızılkanat Scardinius erythrophthalmus (Linnaeus, 1758), 37 adet tatlısu kolyoz balığı Alburnus istanbulensis Battalgil, 1941 ve 63 adet eğrez balığı Vimba vimba (Linnaeus, 1758) ile Şubat 2012 ile Ocak 2013 tarihleri arasında aylık periyotlarda çalışıldı. S. erythrophthalmus’ta beş parazit türü; Myxobolus sp., Trichodina sp.,(Protozoa), Dactylogyrus difformis, D. difformoides (Monogenea), Diplostomum sp. (Digenea), A. istanbulensis’te dört parazit türü; Dactylogyrus chalcalburni (Monogenea), Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata (Digenea) ve Ergasilus sieboldi (Crustacea), V. vimba’da altı parazit türü; Dactylogyrus distinguendus, D. sphyrna ve Gyrodactylus sp. (Monogenea), Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata ve Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Digenea) teşhis edildi. Balık örneklerinde en yaygın görülen parazit türlerinin enfeksiyon parametreleri; S. erythrophthalmus’ta Dactylogyrus difformis-D. difformoides (yaygınlık %55.5, ortalama yoğunluk 12 ve ortalama çokluk 6), A. istanbulensis’te Diplostomum sp. (%75, 3.2 ve 2.4) ve V. vimba’da Diplostomum sp. (%90.9, 44.6 ve 40.5) olarak bulundu. S. erythrophthalmus’ta Dactylogyrus difformis-D. difformoides enfeksiyonunda ilkbahar-yaz ve sonbahar-kış ayları arasında anlamlı bir fark olduğu, buna karşın V. vimba’da Diplostomum sp. enfeksiyonunda mevsimsel farklılıkların olmadığı görüldü. PARASITE FAUNA OF FISH SPECIES FROM ÖMERLİ DAM LAKE A total of 56 rudd Scardinius erythrophthalmus (Linnaeus, 1758), 37 Thracian shemaya Alburnus istanbulensis Battalgil, 1941 and 63 vimba Vimba vimba (Linnaeus 1758) were examined between February 2012 and January 2013 with monthly intervals to determine parasite fauna of these fish species from Ömerli Dam Lake. Five parasite species from S. erythrophthalmus; Myxobolus sp., Trichodina sp., Dactylogyrus difformis, D. difformoides (Monogenea) and Diplostomum sp. (Digenea), four parasite species from A. istanbulensis; Dactylogyrus chalcalburni (Monogenea), Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata (Digenea) and Ergasilus sieboldi (Crustacea), and six parasites species from V. vimba; Dactylogyrus distinguendus, D. sphyrna and Gyrodactylus sp. (Monogenea), Diplostomum sp., Tylodelphys clavata and Posthodiplostomum cuticola (Digenea) were identified. Infection parameters of the most prevalent parasite species; Dactylogyrus difformis-D. difformoides on S. erythrophthalmus (prevalence 55.5%. mean intensity 12 and mean abundance 6), Diplostomum sp. in A. istanbulensis (%75, 3.2 and 2.4), and Diplostomum sp. in V. vimba (%90.9, 44.6 and 40.5) were found. There were differences of the infections with Dactylogyrus difformis-D. difformoides on S. erythrophthalmus between spring-summer and autumn-winter.
