2005 bütçe performansı ve 2006 beklentileri

Abstract

2005 yılı konsolide bütçesinin kesin sonuçlarına göre merkezi yönetim 144.562.200 bin YTL harcama yapmış, 134.819.231 bin YTL gelir elde etmiş ve bütçe yıl sonunda 9.743.000 bin YTL açık vermiştir. 2005 bütçe hedeflerine göre daha az harcama, daha yüksek düzeyde kamu geliri, daha küçük bütçe açığı şeklindeki bir performans başarılı bir sonuçtur. Bu yazıda başarılı sayılabilecek 2005 bütçe performansına ulaşılmasında etken olan mali faktörler ve artık kronikleşmiş kimi olumsuz mali parametre ve değişkenler açıklanmıştır.

It is seen in the definite results of consolidated budget of 2005 that central administration spent 144.562.200 YTL, gained 134.819.231 YTL and as a consequence of this, had a deficit of 9.743.000 YTL. A performance with less expenditure, more public income and less budget gap can be evaluated as a succesful result according to the 2005 budget target. In this article, the financial facts that affected 2005 budget performance, which can be seen as successful, are examined. In addition, chronic and negative financial parameters and factors are evaluated as well.
